Alex Grill

Had a get together here last week with 30 or so people.  It was my understanding that they knew we were coming.  I am basing this review on that.

This is a local, family owned grill that sits outside of town.  Unless you know where it is, you'll never find it.

The menu is burgers, wraps, and fries.  They also do steak and grilled chicken.  I am guessing that they serve beer, but I forgot to check the menu.

The service was really unorganized.  It took them about  an hour and a half to get everyone served.  I was one of the first to order  and was the last to get my food.  My cheeseburger and fries took more than an hour to arrive.  Several people complained that their food was under cooked.

I think this place would be OK for a few people to stop for lunch.  My guess is that they just didn't have the facilities to handle a group our size.
Our group of 30+ had one waitress.  She did an admirable job considering.  From what I saw there was only one person cooking.

The food was OK.  I felt that the prices were steep for what I got.

Give this place a shot for  a lunch or breakfast, but if you have a large group, steer clear.
