I have been here several times, and was let down in some way each time.

Went one time with the whole family and the food was mediocre at best. Another time just the fiance and I went. he ordered his steak medium-well and it was practically still moo-ing when he got it. He didn't ask them to take it back because we waited so long to get it in the first place. The last straw was when the fiance and I went back. He ordered some seafood pasta dish that was supposed to have clams and shrimp and I ordered a california roll with soy wrap. The wait for food was long, as we expected. His only had maybe 2 clams and 2 shrimp and my roll was made wrong and without soy wrap. I had the waitress take it back, and then waited over an hour, no lie, and still never got my food. We were both outraged. I left without eating and will not ever go back.

I went to Alice's for dinner on a friend's recommendation.  The environment and service make up for the food a bit, surely it doesn't make it worth the exorbitant prices that they charge.  My friend had the roast chicken and I had the grilled tuna.

According to the menu, the ahi tuna is cooked rare, but it's more like med-well/well.  The roasted chicken was beyond done.  Even the dark meat was dry.

Food usually is pretty bad but last time the steak was excellent!!!! I went for a surprise party and had reservations. About 25 minutes after we arrived our waitress told us that in 30 minutes there was another party taking over our table. She said "Not to make you feel rushed."

I wasn't rushed at all because I didn't really care.. It was their fault. We ended up being there for another hour and they cleared off another table for them. But I found this very unprofessional. She was tring to get us out all night.. She was nice but come on...
