Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Same as every other Applebee's on the planet.... what more can I say.
The service was ok but they are all students so it will be totally different in 6 months.

Had lunch here before working that afternoon in Elizabeth City. I was promptly greeted and ushered to my table, where my server was quick to acknowledge me.
Order the chicken penne pasta, which I've ordered before at other Applebee's locations.  My order was served quickly.  Ample serving, well cooked, good flavor. Still served in an ugly green bowl.
Only negative comment I'll make is about the many home computer designed signs posted on just about any post advertising drink specials. Look very amateurish.
