A&W Family Restaurant

A&W Is a landmark up north... The food is typical greasy spoon... Not really good for you but loved every minute... Got the double cheese with fries and a chilly cheese dogs... I think i am good for the night...

I don't normally review Fast Food style places but once in a while I have to speak my mind. While heading up to White face Mountain we where all so hungry that we decided that if we stopped at A&W it would fill us up and be cheap.... wrong. The portions are really really small and the Prices are way above your average A&W restaurant. The service is a bit odd at this Drive Inn as well, The servers are more of a hassle than If I had got the food myself. Don't get me wrong I love the old drive Inn feel what I don't love are the Prices and Portions! Do yourself a favor and hit up the small Ice cream stand that serves burgers across the street or one of the other restaurants. This place just isn't worth the Money.

Can't pass up the fired cheese curds!!!  Burgers, Fries and the all important Root Beer Float!
