Big Bear Natural Foods

The open/closed confusion is there because they moved from their old location.  They are now on Route 31 between W Delaware and Broemel (a little north of W Delaware and not south of W Delaware as the Google map suggests).
I went in there today.  They have a nice selection of health food products.  Parking is right in front of the store.

Great local place for all things natural

This place is now part of the Big Bear Natural Foods chain. The Fresh Fig was handy, if a bit sparsely stocked. Love the Big Bear in Lambertville, so I'm happy about the new store. It's much closer to me than either Whole Earth or Whole Foods. Hooray! Good for natural personal care items, pantry goods, and I hope they keep the bulk section and juice bar.

UPDATE: The location has moved from the old Fresh Fig into another small shopping center a little further down 31. It's bigger and better organized. I don't get to this one as often as the one in Lambertville, but it's handy when I am over in Pennington for sure, and a great alternative to the almost-useless (for vegans) Pennington Market. Big Bear has also started an organic nursery on 29 between Lambertville and Washington Crossing, which I think will feed into this store or be a separate farm market when it opens, sometime later this summer (2013).
