  We were passing through and decided to just grab something quick and easy. We they don't even have a drive through. Which I didn't deduct for but I would think they would get a lot more business with one.
  So, my husband ordered a big boy, side of apple sauce and a vanilla coke. All easy.
  They had NO IDEA what a vanilla coke was?!?!?! Really?? So, he asked for a water instead.
  Next, his order was just sitting there behind the counter and just needed to be put in the bag. 5 minutes later and informing the guy behind the counter that the food was ready did it get in the bag.  
  The big boy was decent but we have had much better.  The applesauce wasn't even applesauce.  It was chunky with pieces at least an inch big!  And the water... Well I can't comment on that because we didn't get any.
  So the kicker was no napkins, spoon, and NO WATER!!!
  So, we gave up and left. Went to arbys right down the street instead and they were perfect quick and everything perfect.
  Go to arbys instead if you want good service and QUICK food. Big Boy has no idea what they were doing.

  The service here was great. The waitress was very friendly and the food was out quickly. The food was delicious, and every staff member that my husband and I encountered was great. Looking forward to going back : )

  I have been frequenting this Big Boy Restaurant for over the past three decades. Until three years ago, the menu selection offered a wide variety of items. However, with recent managerial changes at the top, and the current deep recession the nation is in, they decided to do more with less.
  
  I am the type of person who loves rice over potatoes any day. Sadly, rice pilaf is one item they no longer offer as a side dish. I would always order this will most of my meals at the Big Boy. Now you have your choice of potatoes any way you like them, including the old American favorite French Fries.
  
  The waitstaff at the Milan Big Boy, are friendly and they make sure that you know their name. This always make it so much easier to call their names when you need something.
