Bluffs Bar & Grill the

very odd place. i dont know about the bar but the room for dinner is odd. its like eating at a homeless sheltter.....buffet style.

I went here to watch the SuperBowl so my opinion may be based on a high excitement night, but I found the atmosphere to be inviting and I enjoyed the food and drinks.
