My husband and I decided to grab a lunch on our way home from STL and I happened to stumble upon this place. Â
The views from the restaurant are really beautiful over looking the river and the building itself is also really nice. Â Being inside it reminded us of a camp type lodge.
I had their quiche of the day which came with a side salad. Â My lunch was really tasty and the quiche was probably the creamiest quiche I've ever had. Â My husband got the Po Boy sandwich which came with fries. Â The sandwich was good and good in size! Â The seasoning they put on the fries was also really good. Â From what I read on the menu, they try to locally source as much food as they can, which is always a nice touch.
