I went to Boston's with a large group in early June.  It was my first time there, but most of the group had been there previously and raved about it.  It must have been a really bad night!
First problem:  A member of our group called to see if they could accommodate a party of about 40 at 7 PM.  She was assured it would not be a problem.  We arrived at 7 to find that another large party had arrived so we had to wait. (We were told later that the first group DEMANDED to be seated so they were.)  We were seated around 8:30.  We were not at the same table but located together.
Second problem:  Due to delays from understaffing (we were told there were not enough people in the kitchen), meals arrived at staggered times, if at all.  One person got her appetizer long after some of the others had their meals and were finished.  To the manager's credit, the really late meals were taken off the bill but that leads to number 3.
Third problem:  One of the waiters did not remember what the people at our table had ordered.  So, we had to tell him.  As it happens, one of the meals was a late one that was not supposed to be charged.  Due to bad communication, that meal was paid for.
Fourth problem:  I can deal with all the rest of this if the food was good.  First, some people ordered margaritas, which came in a water glass, and didn't even taste like a margarita.  It was more like water.  These were replaced by the manager after some mumbling by the waiter.  "You can talk to the manager - she might give you new ones."  My meal was terrible.  I ordered the macaroni and cheese with sausage.  This was claimed to be baked, etc.  It looked and tasted like it came out of a pot, into a cold dish, with four tiny pieces of sausage.  The staff was so confused I didn't bother to send it back.
All in all, this restaurant was a disaster that night.  Will I return?  Maybe I will, if I'm in the area again just to see if Boston is really this bad.  Otherwise, I'll go to the diner down the street.

It's like a chain restaurant, such as TGIF.  The french dip was lacking in flavor, hint for Boston's marinate the meat next time, and no cheese on it, that's just not right.  Kids seemed happy with their food which was important.  Nice service, very clean which is a big plus!

Nice ambiance, excellent menu with veggie options, great beer selection,  excellent service, very friendly staff.   It was Saturday night and we got right in.

Save your time and money and go pick up drive through.  The salad was composed of leftover chunks of veggies and the dressing (a basic vinegarette) was bland.  The flatbread chicken pizza was a step down from frozen; you'd find more white meat in a chicken McNugget child's meal.

The server was pleasant enough but forgot even the basic stuff, which tells me management is the root of the problem.  No beverage napkin (it's a humid 93 degrees outside and drinks 'sweat' all over the table), no refills, and no one stopped by to check on things (other than one fly-by from the server).

The final confirmation of management shortfall is the fact it was 8:55pm, fairly dark, and no outside lights were on; the same was true at 9:35pm when I left.  Just confirms "the lights aren't on" in a few ways with this place.

Don't be fooled by the words "fresh" written throughout the restaurant.
To start our lunch we ordered the Alfredo Spinach Artichoke Dip.  The chips that came with it were stale. The waitress did replace them and they were much better. It looked more like a bowl of soup than a dip but tasted okay.
Caesar salad was SOAKED in dressing. Spicy Chicken Alfredo Pasta was horrible. Was not spicy, actually, it had no flavor at all. The chicken was not freshly grilled.  I've had better frozen dinners.
They also need to take "Gourmet Pizza" out of their name. I'd put the pizza on the same scale as Pizza Hut, well..... maybe not that high.
The waitress was very nice and appolagetic.
    I would never return.

Had a great time here at Boston's.  Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. Well done!  Make sure to get Lindsey, Matt, or Jayda to serve you.

I went with a bunch of coworkers. Other than the 90s music playing, which was fun cause we all try to recall the name of the song, I didn't really like my experience. The pizza I got, mushroom extreme, was extremely oily and the crush was chewy not crunchy. The appetizers we ordered were pretty flavor less except the overly salted beef wrapped in pork. I would not go back to Boston's unless I am forced by coworkers again.

    Great Pizza--Great Experience!

Soup of the Day: Italian Wedding ($3.79/cup).  The soup has small meatballs, tiny  pasta balls, basil, and other spices.  Excellent--I almost wish I could marry an Italian women--so I can have this soup more often!  Sophia Loren?  Are you still single?

Entree: I order the Whole Wheat Hawaiian Pizza from the "Healthy Hits" choices ($9).  The personal pizza is about 6" in diameter.  The crust is crispy on the edges and chewy in the center.  The sauce is thick, tangy, with hints of garlic and oregano accents.  Great sauce!  I loved the pizza--if Boston's Gourmet Pizza opened in Denver, I would never eat Pizza Hut--or GASP!--Dominoes ever again!

Ambiance: It's a sports bar with bar on one side and the restaurant on the other.  Nice decor, clean, and well suited for business lunches, casual dining, or watching the games.

Service: My Server, Ashley, was very prompt and offered me a drink within 15 seconds of sitting down.  She checked on me several times and quickly delivered the food.  She was like a blur!

Total bill: $23 (soup, pizza, and 3 Guinness).

Overall: I love the pizza, the ambiance is nice, and the service is quick.  I probably would give 5 stars, but $9 is a little pricey for a personal pizza.  Oh, and Ms Loren?  Call me, and we'll do lunch here because you're worth it!

I was in the mood for the pizza so I thought I'd give Boston's a chance to satisfy my craving.  With "The Gourmet Pizza" in the name, I was expecting a good pizza experience.  Unfortunately I was very disappointed.  I ordered a single serve meat lover's pizza.  The outside crust was very crispy and tasty but the the middle section was soggy and bland.  The cheese combination was not to my liking and they seemed to skimp on the meats.

They have a very good selection of other items (sandwiches, salads, pastas) which I haven't tried yet.  They were reasonably priced and sounded appetizing but so did the pizza ordered.  I would come back here but wouldn't order the pizza.

The food is fairly priced. The pizza is pretty good, but not spectacular.  The Sam Adams I had was over priced at $4.75 for the size glass. My wife had a Miller Lite that was priced at $2.75. This was more in line.

I go to Boston's for one reason, and one reason only - their BBQ chicken pizza. It's amazing! I've tried several other menu items, as have my friends and they've been fair at best. However the BBQ Chicken Pizza is spot on every time and yuuuuuuumeeee!! If that's not your thing, skip it.

It's close to a bunch of hotels so very convinent for travelers.
I didn't try the pizza but order the buffalo wings and ASIAN GLAZED SALMON.
The Asian Glazed Salmon was very nice as it's tender and the sweet glaze made it tasty.
There were lots of paries going on, so it's pretty noisy inside, not a good place for romatic date I think.

This place is tucked back near the hotels in Fogelsville, so it might take you a second to figure out how to get back in there if you aren't familar with the area.

The pizza is pretty good, but I think gourmet might be a stretch.  They do have some outdoor seating when it's warm, but it's awful close to Rte 100 so it's pretty noisy.  They also have sandwiches and entrees if someone in your party is not a pizza lover.

The food was pretty good, but I'm not sure if I'd go back.  Too far from our new place and I've got plenty of just as good pizza options close to home.
