Eh, this place should have delivered at a better rate, but the buffalo chicken lunch plate that I got obviously had low quality chicken.  The breading was fine, but the taste of the chicken was a little off and it was chewy.

The place is large and has a lot of tvs but no real personality in general. I would avoid it if you can, but since it is the only restaurant in the mall then you might be out of luck.

This place is disgusting. From the wings to the service. Blonde bartender (I think her name is Deena) is clearly on drugs and far too friendly with the male staff. She gave me the wrong beer and made me wait for the correct one while she flirted away with what I assume to be the manager. I'd prefer hooters where the wings are delicious and the staff isn't open about their relationships with each other. Seriously went home and took a shower to wash the filth of this place off me. Does no where drug test these people anymore?! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Diners, Beware!

We stopped here for lunch today because my oldest son loves buffalo wings. I had low expectations and Buffalo Wild Wings managed to be worse than I had imagined. Service was fine, but the atmosphere is like being trapped in an ESPN command center. Don't plan to have any family conversations, since between the music and TVs, there isn't much of a chance to talk.

But the food is what made the experience really bad. They serve nothing but industrial food, previously frozen, in almost cases fried. It was tasteless, appeared nutrition-less, and was just terrible. On the upside I guess it was cheap.

Kitchen must be a bunch of rookies. Too many mistakes. Way over priced. The wings are ok but that's about it. Save your money. This place is not good

Dang...what a raunchy place this is.  Me and the Missus stopped in, because we had some stuff to do at the mall, and we ordered a couple of wraps.  The food was not very good...the onion rings that the waitress recommended were obviously the deep-frozen Costco kind, and the breading was all soft and mushy.  The onions themselves didn't even resemble onions, and they gave me some serious heartburn just looking at 'em.  The sauce stuff they give you was pretty good and spicy, though, so I was able to slog through the rings.  The wrap thing I got was eh...as was the Missus'.

This place is obviously a big ol' franchise that tries to be cool and sports-bar-like, but it misses the mark somehow, and it just seems tired and shabby.  I don't think it helps much being in a mall...no matter what you do, you're, well, you're in a mall.

It was pretty expensive, given that we had sammitches, and I only had one frosty...and that was after I ordered an Absolut on the rocks and it came out in this tiny little shooter-glass and there could not have been more than an ounce of booze in it.  Come on now...I had that bad boy killed before the waitress even left our table.  I hate places that measure their pours...its just something personal with me.

So...I dont recommend this joint to anyone...there are LOTS of REAL sports bars around where you can get a stiff drink, a cold beer, and some good grub without all of the weirdness and hundreds of TVs, all on different channels and most showing old, taped games nobody even cares about.

Lots of fine looking cuties waiting tables, so that's why I gave it two stars.

    Ride safe.

Wow! Today is definitely the last day my husband and I will visit! Has to wait for a table as there was no hostess. Manager saw us twice, ignored us and finally came to,ask if we had been helped? Duh! So he seated us and waited, finally a waitress came. I got a water and my husband a soda.
I hen asked for new silverware as it was dirty and still had food on it! Seriously if everything is disposable, there why not the silverware?

Finally got those and we then placed our order. I thought I would try the new sliders, didn't know you had to ask,for sauce?  I thought it came automatically! Not!

Then waited for her to come back so I could get some sauce as the pork was dryer than dry. She never came back.  Finally she came back and asked if we needed anything else. I said no and my husband pointed out I never got the sauce and to please take off the bill. And he would take the rest of the wings home with him.
She brings the take him containers with my BBQ sauce. Hmmm little late now don't you think? Anyway, the sliders came off the bill but we will not be going back.

Bad service. Dirty tables, silverware, and menus= bye bye not going back. Maybe a different location. But definitely Peabody!

This place is for beer and wings. Don't expect anything fancy. I love the choices for sauces. My absolute fav is spicy garlic followed by medium. My husband loves the jalapeño. Get a bunch of wings, try some sauces, have a few beers and relax!

best place to gather for game night for cheap ass food and couple beers if there are no decent sports bar around. Food is very cheaply made with cheap quality food. Wings and boneless wings sauces are good to ok. Mango habanero is the best one i like. Boneless pieces are too small for the price.

Meh head there for a good game night i guess nothing more.

Ugh!  We waited a while for someone to come to the hostess stand to look around and have us wait while they cleaned a table.  We ordered drinks, and when the waitress came back, we put in an appetizer and a wing order.  We then waited 40 minutes for our appetizer!  An appetizer which came with our meal... if I order an appetizer, I want it BEFORE the meal!!

When the wings finally came, there was one that had the feathers still on it.  That was just the cap on the evening.  The waitress gave us our drinks when we first sat down, and then ignored us the rest of the time that we sat there.  Just a horrible experience on all sides.  We will never go here again!!

First off the foods besides the wings are terrible.  The wings are generally pretty good; I just wish they came in baskets or something.  Those tiny happy meal like boxes are a pain if you get more then 5 wings.  I understand they don't want the dishes, but a plastic basket would take two second to hose down.  Huge selection of beers on draft, the staff is generally solid.   My friends and I go down here to watch football a few Sundays a year for the NFL package.   So if you're going for just beer and wings then BWW is perfect for you.

In MA all servers have to take food allergy training. The menu said please let server know of any allergies in your party... This I did! I have a severe anaphylactic allergy to celery. I told the waitress this twice to make sure she understood. I even showed her my medical alert bracelet to show I was not kidding, celery can and will KILL me. I received my wings heaped on the plate was a huge pile of, yup you guessed it CELERY! I leaned away from the plate and said to please take it away  ASAP! She told me that sometimes it just happens that the food comes out wrong. SERIOUSLY, it just happens?!?! She then made the mistake of saying "well what ever I'll bring it back". The manager never came to the table to check up or apologize, I asked to speak to him and he came over after 15 minutes. I told him what had happened and he said that they sometimes have that problem. He totally seemed un-phased by the fact I could have died from their mistake. He asked me if I wanted it removed from the bill... Seriously... Um yeah since I didn't eat a bite of because of your mistake I thought that would be nice! This just shows that if you do have allergies and do tell the staff you still have to be careful of what you are eating! I will NEVER eat there again and posted them on the allergy red flag websites!!

Just straight off the bat, the food here is awful. So horrible.
I expected something like TGIFriday's level bad, but this is ... just awful. Worse than most fast food.
It doesn't even come on plates, just disposable paper products (presumably saves them from having a dishwasher in the back). I'm not saying that in some sort of "save the planet" way but just as an observation.
But I don't think you will get food poisoning from it.

Their beer selection is extensively awful. A huge list of undrinkable swill. And Sam Adams. (that's like the bare minimum of what I would drink)
I got a Newcastle and somehow that was even more awful than usual, I am not sure how they managed that, but to their credit I think that's pretty much what one would expect there.
One thing worth noting is that you can get a lot of it. Quantity over quality, AMERICA!!

    The service is extremely fast!
    And extremely slow.
Fast in the sense that the food comes out extremely quickly.
Slow in the sense that they aren't really hiring Mensa members here - but who cares. Just don't vary from the menu at all, and no sudden movements, and you are fine.
("Can I clear your table for you?" "That would be great, thank you." *wanders off without clearing the table* *comes back later, looking confused* "Did I clear your table?" "Nope, that's why it is all still here." "Okay here's your check." *wanders off again*)

Get there early, because for some reason this place gets crazy crowded. I guess the mix of quantity and relatively low cost, and tons of TV screens.

And really that's the point - you don't go there because you want good food, or good service, or good beer.

You go there because you want to be overwhelmed by TV screens showing all of the sports on.
They even have UFC matches, which a lot of places in Boston don't bother with.

So I give it three stars because there are tons of awesome HDTVs.
And zero stars on anything you manage to shove into your face while you are there, that's your fault.

I can say that since I've traveled the country and I've experienced MANY! BWW, This one has become a great one!

I like the staff. It's busy on any football night, however would you expect anything less out of the "tailgating" table restaurant. Everything I eat is good and the people are always great.

I like grabbing food on the way home and grabbing a quick beer.

GO HERE!!! Eat chicken wings. Caribbean Jerk wings! Amazing!

Stay away from the Saugus location!

I called in an order here. I was out of town and driving right by this place on my way home. I live anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half( depending on traffic). Not only did it take them 45 minutes to have my order ready, but then they gave my somebody else's order. You can't really  go back and get the right food when you live that far.

Have gone here a few times to dine in as well as pick up food to go. Their nachos are amazing me and my husband always polish them off, sometimes it makes us have to take the chicken home because it's such a substantial dish. I tend to go for the mild sauce on my boneless chicken, I ask them to go easy on the sauce cuz otherwise some cooks drench it in sauce. There are a lot of sauces and even some rubs to choose from, and they are listed by heat level. They have more than just chicken (on bone and boneless) but I have yet to try anything else... More to come

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of the great television viewing they have for sporting events. As far as the food, completely inedible. I've gotten better wings from dominos. Terrible!!

Someone told me this place did not have good food.  I was willing to give it a try because football season was starting and they have a lot of TV screens (my husband insisted we be the judge and not someone else).

It was a beautiful day out and when we walked by we noticed that there were two tables outside available.  We walked up to the host and asked for an outside table which we told were all full.  Hmmm . . . so I told her we would wait for an available table outdoors plus there was no one waiting in line when we had arrived so it couldn't be that these invisible people had dibs on those outdoor tables.  Sure enough, two minutes later we got to sit outside.

We wanted snack foods since we were there at 3pm and did not want any dinner.  The nachos sounded good and some wings on the bone.  First of all, they both came out cold.  The nachos had great toppings except for the cheese.  No where on the menu did it say it would be cheese sauce.  I don't mind cheese sauce when I am at an arena watching a game because that is the type of nachos you get at those places.  At a restaurant, I expect cheese melted on the nachos - from the oven.  So the whole thing was cold and the nachos got soggy quickly.

The wings were okay.  I have had better at other places.  They did come out cold, not even slightly warm.  I like it on the bone because I like to bite into the crispy skin on the chicken.  Nope, it was soft and cold.  The nice thing is that they have many different flavors for wings, but that doesn't matter if the wings aren't good to begin with.

We had hoped this place would be a fun place to go and watch some football, but I can think of some other bar/pubs that have better food and atmosphere.

I love wings so this place sounded great. I was seated very quickly and got my drink of choice (Stella) quickly so it was a great start. I ordered a combo plate, wings (boneless and bone in) with onion rings. The wings were ok, not awesome but acceptable, the boneless were dry and tasteless and the onion rings were just mushy. My girlfriend got the fish taco and was not impressed either. Everything was just ok. The waitress was very nice, friendly and efficient and even got the manager to comp my meal but honestly, I'd be hard pressed to try it again.

not a big fan of chains but didnt mind this place. Loved my burger the tenders were great and loved the fried pickles. My one drawback is they do a lot of heavy upselling. Good service though but the waitresses come off as mattress salesmen then waitresses.

I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings restaraunt so I can't compare to any of the other ones in the different locations. But when I went to this one in the mall, it seemed pretty fun and sports-barish. TV's everywhere, so plenty of checkin up on stats or games if there were one playing. The service was good, and very friendly. The food was very delicious and cooked well too.I ordered a nacho burger that was mildly spicy and crispy because of the tortillas in the bottom of the patty. The fried pickles were good and seemed freshly made, as did all the food. And the boneless sweet bbq wings were great. I would hope to come back. It really was a treat, for the most part.

I really want to like this place/location.  I mean any place that features beer and wings with flat screen TVs filled with sports is a great concept, and have often found myself enjoying other Buffalo Wild Wings in other states, but this one location is just not cutting it.

The location, though having only been at the Liberty Tree Mall for a few years already seems rundown and dirty.  Service (bar side or takeout) is often spotty and shoddy.  If the manager on the floor is staffing the bar, and can't keep up with the 8 patrons at the bar, he probably shouldn't be a manager.  If you're hostess and take-out person can't remember 'with bones or without bones', she probably shouldn't be at that position AND while I don't need a bartender to be overly chatty to the patrons, I don't expect to be able to read from her body language and snarl she clearly doesn't want to be tending bar.

Also, if you ever need use the facilities, be ready for a stench reminiscent of unlike anything smelled this side of a college dorm rest room or meat processing plant.

I tend to drop on average $40 when in Buffalo Wild Wings if not more (as it's usually multiple beers and wings split among friends or family), if there isn't some changes within this location soon, I'll fix the ROI problem by going somewhere else.

"Can I have Olive Oil on the side instead of dressing for my Salad?"

"We don't have any Olive Oil."

"None at all? What about Salad Oil? or something like that?"

    "No, nothing like that."

Now, if their burgers and wings were any decent then I might overlook that but since their food is terrible: Guess what? BULLS***! A kitchen that has ZERO olive oil? My server couldn't be bothered to ask. I've been to 2 BWW and was pretty disappointed each time.

I did not enjoy the food here at all!  I'm obsessed with buffalo chicken tenders, but there's were more like nuggets (am I at McDonalds?) and they had the flavors cooked in with no sauce.  (I prefer the tenders covered in sauce, like the 99's does with their buffalo tenders.

They didn't even serve mashed potatoes, and the waiter told us "this is pretty much the most unhealthy restaurant"  Obviously I'm not asking for a healthy meal at this kind of place, but not mashed potatoes?  For real?  How much fried food are you expected to have in ONE meal?

We got the pretzel bites - which were good but the cheese they came with was completely nasty!  It looked like Tostitos con queso, but tasted like... throw up?  I'm not sure I can't even describe it, it was gross.

The service was fine, the food was not.  We ordered wings which were okay. I expected more from a restaurant that calls itself Buffalo Wild Wings.

Do not order the nachos, the nachos were terrible. I should have asked what cheese they use and used sparingly, I think it was velveeta.

It is disappointing to come away from a meal and wishing that you had gone somewhere else.  It also kills me that I have a gift card that we forgot to bring, so I may have to return.

I'm a huge fan of supporting local businesses, but this place was pretty good for a chain!

I went after work one night last week.  We started with the soft pretzels for an appetizer.  I love pretzels.  They came with a queso dip (you've seen my other reviews.  I LOVE QUESO!) and a honey mustard sauce.  Yum!

For the wings, we split 24 boneless wings and mixed and matched 4 flavors.  We got medium buffalo (very good, but I think we should have gone for a higher heat.  I have a high threshold for pain), Thai Curry (spicy, but not terribly flavorful-- does that make sense?), honey bbq (very good!), and some other kind of bbq (good, but since we already had one bbq, we should have tried something else)  We didn't realize until we were finished, each basket of wings was labeled with the flavor name.  The "wings" were small.  (Think popcorn chicken)

Overall, I was pretty happy with my meal.  It's wings, not a gourmet restaurant.  Definitely a fun after-work treat.

Went today two three adults and a toddler. It's a great place for a toddler whereas it's loud and of you have a loud toddler they'll blend in.

However the four adults order 3 entrees (wings) and a macaroni and cheese and it took from 1:40p-2:33p for our food to arrive.

Heather our "server" was awful. Rushes us to order then disappeared for most of the meal. No manager ever came by. Terrible service.

Do not order the boneless wings they are mostly fried breadcrumbs.

The boned wings were great but I would say get take out from this place.

Spicy garlic was spicy and just okay.
    Honey BBQ was good!
    Regular buffalo were great.

I feel like a buffalo wild wings groupie as of late.....two different ones in two weeks in two states.

Meets expectations.  This is a chain as stated for the last review, what you see in one is what you get in the next.

    We ordered wings....had mango...caribean jerk....awesome.

This place is a whole new level of food hell.

It's loud (as expected) and what they do with food is criminal. The fried pickles were the most disgusting thing I've eaten in a long time. They have cornmeal battered a McDonald's pickle and added salt. It defies logic. The burger was sub par. The fries claim to have "vinegar salt" on them, but I detected not one bit of acetic acid. The wings were just ok, nothing great. The "blue dressing" they offer barely has any blue cheese and tastes mostly like sour cream, or like someone mixed the world's cheapest blue cheese dressing with a tub of sour cream. Gross

Our waiter was top notch and the beer was nice and frosty.

BWW is awesome, but only for these few things: wings, appetizers, drinks & the tv's. These things get 5 stars in my book, but here's why my overall is a 4:

Order anything else off the menu besides the apps and wings and you will probably be disappointed. Stick to what the place is known for is what I say. The service is average, don't expect to be wined & dined.

They always have a great selection of seasonal beers and drink specials. The lunch menu is great also. Walk out stuffed after a quick and yummy $15 lunch for my daughter & I, not bad. Also great is Kid's night every Wednesday night. They do 1/2 off kids meals, a magician and ice cream topping station.

If you're looking for a fun place to go to watch a game or have a casual lunch or dinner, give it a shot!

We're not exactly known for our Buffalo wings up here.  Which is odd, because you'll find they're very popular.  They're on the menu at every casual restaurant as well as at the sub shops that line the main streets of every suburb.

I've spent a lifetime searching for that special wing- the one with the perfect combination of tangy flavor and texture.  I've had some good ones in my day, but mostly awful ones.

I'd say these guys are pretty decent.  I tried a decent selection of different flavors.  Their hottest wings are just hot enough, and the flavored ones are interesting.  I wouldn't call them anything special or something to go out of your way for, but I stopped in with a co-worker for lunch.

If you're a wing fanatic, you won't be impressed- otherwise it's a better option than what you'd find by chance in a pub or side street pizza house.

If I hadn't been looking to eat on short money, I wouldn't have chosen this place, and I won't again.

Our waiter was very nice and polite, but asked us a little too quickly if we wanted to order any apps...had barely taken off my coat. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with sweet BBQ sauce, which was good, but came out WAY too quickly. Meat should never come out that fast and I was kind of grossed out. And it wasn't very hot. My fries were warm, not hot, and I had to ask again for a side of parmesan garlic sauce that I had ordered with my meal. (That sauce, by the way, tastes like spicy alfredo sauce. Not a fan.) My friend seemed to enjoy her chicken tender salad but said her mouth was on fire afterward. Maybe she likes that sort of thing.

It's a chain, it's cheap, there are TVs everywhere (I'm not a huge fan of that, but that's not their fault and I certainly knew that before I went in), it's noisy, and it's not the worst, but I've certainly had better.

I have never been as disappointed with a meal/experience as I was when we went to this location for dinner.

We waited easily 20 minutes to be noticed by the waitstaff.

Ultimate nachos: 7 beans, velveeta, underwhelmingly bad aside from the salsa. And small.

We got a few Sam Winters, and got some ribs and wings, and ribs and shrimp.

Ribs: unable to eat them because they tasted like straight pepper. The servings were not at all similarly sized. The wings were too chewy to eat- texture of tendons.

I didn't want slaw, so I asked for a side of veggies- I recieved a cup of freakishly warm slaw and a few slices of vegetables that were so gross looking and old looking that I counldnt eat them- one shouldn't be able to bend a carrot stick ALLL the way so the ends touch before it snaps. No bueno.

I've never had that much food left on a table before. I've never had a full meal comp'd cause it was so bad. I don't think I'll ever be going back.

I read all the reviews before going to BWW. I was ready to be underwhelmed!

My friends and I (a group of 6) got here around 8 and had to wait about half an hour for a table. Not horrible, considering our party size. It was hard, though, to find a place to drink our beers (that we were easily able to get from the bar) without being in the way.

Finally we were seated. I got fried pickles and the mini pulled pork sandwiches (Slammers). Everyone else ordered either wings or chicken tenders of some sort. I asked that my pickles come out first. They were brought over pretty fast! The fried pickles had a cornmeal breading, were nice and hot, and had a smokey pink sauce on the side. They were actually super delicious! Next time I go, I'll probably get them again!

It took the rest of the food a while to come out. 20 minutes or so. Enough that we kept looking around for it. Everyone seemed pretty happy with their wings...my friend ordered the tenders with the garlic parmesan sauce which she really liked. My boyfriend had the buffalo chips with cheese on top. I think he liked them, but I thought they were soggy.

My pulled pork slammers were really, really bad. It was like they pulled the port and put it under a heat lamp, sans sauce. Dry as the desert. I ordered bbq sauce with them but it just was not a good sandwich. The fries (though yummy salty) were cold.

Our waitress, a 50 something lady, was so quiet (and with 5 billion tvs, that place is LOUD) and also so so slow. She came past our table a few times but didn't look at us (even though we tried to call to her and waved a bunch). All we wanted were more drinks! Yikes. No bueno on the service.

We were able to watch the UFC fights on Fox, we asked the manager to change the channel on the tv nearest to us. Very nice! Even though they lasted about a minute....

I didn't hate BWW. I'd go back, actually. It just was not as good as it should be.

Such a bummer- went here with my fiance for a quick bite to eat and a few beers friday afternoon. I ordered a blackbean burger (im a vegetarian) and he got some wings- beers were cold and the bartender (blond, young) was very friendly. Food took FOREVER to get to us, when it came, I was starving and bit right in- and then immediately spit out. Was NOT a black bean burger- but a HAMBURGER.
Unacceptable- I was seriously sick to my stomach and had to leave. Manager took off the burger but was not overly apologetic, didnt even offer to buy us a beer- would never ever go back, and am scarred from the experience.

The restaurant was loud and it was difficult to hear our server, who also wasn't the most friendly.

The food was ok, but they tout their selection of sauces, yet you have no real way of trying them.

Then, when I ordered chicken fingers with two sauces...I was charged $0.50 for the second sauce.

Really?  Is this place that cheap that they charged me for sauce?

By the way, they don't use plates here, just "boats"...cheap paper baskets.  So no plates, yet they charge for sauce????

What's in a name? Would a restaurant by any other name not be judged so harshly for its substandard wings?

Seriously, if you name your restaurant after a specific food item, you better be damn sure you make that item good. Fuddruckers? Fantastic burgers. Craft Steak? Amazing steak. Buffalo Wild Wings? Really below average wings.

I was excited to try this place, as it's in a convenient location and I know their stock is doing quite well so there must be some reason behind that, right? I skipped past the other standard American fare offerings, and jumped right to the wings.

They have a boatload of sauces to choose from, which I was happy to see as that added to the uniqueness of the place. I didn't feel like getting anything crazy though, lest one of the weirder sauces damper my experience, so I got the mild BBQ.

In the end, that sauce was pretty good. But the wings were poor excuses for wings at any restaurant: Thin, stringy, and overcooked.

And so, I'm done with the place. Seriously, if they can't cook their namesake well, I don't want to know about the rest of the menu. Though while I'm at it, I should mention that the fries were decent, and the side salad was one of the worst I've ever had.

Want some amazing wings? Head a few minutes down the road to Tennessee BBQ. They have massive, tender wings. The meat on one is honestly equivalent to about four or five of the poor excuses at BW3's.

The good - friendly service, lots of beers, and those remote trivia games.

The bad - what their wings did to our entire party's digestive system the next day

It is nice to have a place to grab a beer or two before a movie again, but the food was too expensive and too damaging to my chiseled features to warrant a positive review.

I was really excited to check this place out, I had never been to one and had heard so much about it on TV etc.

They have a stupid amount of really big tvs, which is awesome.

When I went the service was really good, but that was because it was near the opening and they were ridiculously over-staffed for the 3 tables that were seated, our waitress didn't have a choice but to pay attention to us because she had no other guests.

The food is meh. I thought it was really over priced for the amount and size of the wings that you get (over 5 dollars for 6 wings that are smaller than your standard frozen variety wings). I was expecting something comparable to Wings Your Way in Hampton or any of the "Wings Over..." locations but I was really disappointed when my wings were put on the table.

The sauces are hit or miss. I had the mango habenaro that was really good and really spicy, which I loved. I tried the "parmesean garlic" which was, quite literally, just creamy Italian dressing.

BWW would be an awesome place to go to with a bunch of friends during one of their deal nights when a game was on to kick back and snack on bar food and beer. However, if you're looking for a decent meal, or just decent wings, there's alternatives in the area that are higher quality and cheaper.

It was 50cent wing night on Tuesday.

The waitress wanted to serve me with extra attention even though I was wearing a Yankees jersey and a Yankees hat.  Props for that~

had the carribean jerk sauce and the asian zing.

the carribean jerk was very good(spicy the way I like it)
the asian zing was my gf's favorite(honey sweet with some soy sauciness)

the big attraction to me was the gigantic tv screens.

by far the best in my area.  sorry to say, this will take some business away from a smaller more packed Sylvan Street Grille.

    what can i say?

I ate delicious half priced wings with a beautiful lady besides me while watching the Red Sox lose in the ninth with a double play!
