I guess it depends a lot on who your server was for a place like this one. I come here regularly to watch baseball/football games since I'm from California and miss watching our home teams play live. My boyfriend and I will come by and get some grub and some beer to relax. Obviously their service is a little hasty because there's so many people who come by. Usually, our servers and the kitchen have delivered food on time and without delay. They are a little slower on the drinks, especially when the bar's busy looking from far, but that's again not something unexpected. Overall, I will continue to come here to enjoy that college-style sports bar feel and amazing wings!

I can't really comment on the quality of the food because the service was so horrible! It seems that our "server" Alex had better things to do sitting out on the patio with a group of boys.  At 7:00-8:00 on a Saturday night you would think they would be worried about taking care of the customers, but this wasn't the case. The one time she came in and stopped by our table it was a good thing we were already done eating because the smell of cigarette smoke was enough to turn my stomach. She attempted to be sociable when she did come by the table, but this was outweighed by the fact that we had to go to the bar to get drinks because she was sitting at the table outside. I never saw anyone that looked like a manager. Whoever the manager was, sure wasn't keeping an eye on what was going on with the staff.

Not a fan!  Good beer selection!  Food just OK, nothing specail!  Server was very sweet and attentive!  This place looks way better on the outside than it does on the inside!  Kinda dumpy, the bar seating felt like a cafeteria with cheesy neon beer signs everywhere!  Back to the drawing board!

My experience overall good. We went there after 12 on a Saturday, watched some b-ball on the tvs and the service was great. Perhaps some of those with bad reviews aren't sports fans and aren't used to the noise levels in sports bars. I had a great experience, but of course, my boys have been told that we were too loud in other establishments in the past, so maybe we are part of the problem! Our server kept our drinks filled and checked up on us pretty regularly. And yes, we had wings and they were tasty and cooked correctly.

Just to be fair, I must confess, I would probably strangle a cute little kitten with my own hands for a good buffalo wing.

With that in mind, and the fact that I ate at Murfreesboro location 2 times a Month for 4 years in college, this place is pretty terrible. I know its a chain and one should not expect too much, but I have one simple request, please use good chicken. The chicken tasted old and was fried to death. The sauces are the same at every location, but this one apparently was running low the night I showed up, because my wings were pretty much dry. NO BUENO! I won't go too much into the sauces, mostly because I am a buffalo loyalist, but also because this chicken is so terrible I just won't bother with the rest.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the fact that they have cold beer and good televisions. So if watching a game and having a few beers is your sort of thing, In that part of town, I don't really know of a better choice. Unless you want to visit one of those meth and lortab dens, they call bars scattered all over Charlotte.

Good for a quick high calorie lunch. The place is nice for watching sports. Not too loud and great service. We will return.

The best place to watch sports, IMO. I like the food and it is also an awesome place to hold your Fantasy Football Draft.

All B-Dubs are the same; cold beer, good wings and tons of TV's. If you are looking for a spot to watch some sporting events, this is the place. There are TV's everywhere, and I mean everywhere. I've counted more than 40 before. Wings are tasty and beer is cold!

I have to preface this saying that I both enjoy chicken wings and have been coming to this location since its opening. My experiences yesterday were the worst restaurant experiences that I've had in the past 5 to 7 years. The staff were pleasant, and my to-go order (12 wings and chips) was brought to me in a timely manner; however, there were several fundamental errors that will likely make this my last visit to this franchise. I purchased this as a takeout order and when I arrived back home, the box for the wings had completely soaked through, spilling the food throughout the bag. What has prompted me to give such a harsh criticism to this restaurant that I've enjoyed on many occasions, is that the wings were unsafely undercooked. I am typically tolerant of any sort of mistake in the kitchen - having had many family members work in the restaurant and food service industries- however, this was not only inedible but outright sickening and dangerous. This is the first time this has happened at this location (and ever in my experience of ordering wings), but the sauced wings were completely pink and undercooked throughout the meat. I understand there may be rushes, different cooks, and a variety of different variables in producing this food, and consider myself to be extremely tolerant of those variations. Still, the bottom line is that the food needs to be at least safe for consumption, and with risks of salmonella or other bacterial infections, I believe that this will truly be my last visit to this store or franchise.

I love Bdubz. Yummy wings, go on Tuesdays & Thursdays for their deals. And if you're feeling cocky & think you can do the blazin challenge, don't. If you have a steel tummy go for it, just be sure to invite me. I wanna watch you cry.

Went to BWW for fight night and had a very good time.  The food is pretty underwhelming, but it is not offensive.  There are a ton of flat screens and the service was competent.  I don't think I will be back too often, but for a fight and a bite it fits the bill.

I've been here a couple of times & my visit usually follows either a trip to Costco or Strike & Spare (two main reasons I drive all the way to Nashville West!).

The last time we went was a Saturday night, and it was CRAZY INSANE.  I have to stress all caps because the wait was 2 hours!  There were people lined up everywhere, even all over the parking lot, waiting to get a table.  Insanity I tell you.  We asked the hostess if the bar was open seating, and she said yes.  On to the bar we went!

We found 2 seats at the bar, but since we had 4 in our party, we continued scoping other potential tables.  I spotted a party of 4 getting up so we immediately swooped in & grabbed the table.  This was after maybe 5 minutes.  A lot of work for a table, but it was much better than waiting 2 hours!!

Ok so the food - we ordered wings, fried pickles, a burger, and a chicken tender basket.  The fried pickles & wings were pretty good - we got the "Wild" sauce which was good but not that hot.  The chicken tenders tasted like they had been fried long ago, so that was very disappointing.  The onion rings weren't that great either.  My husband ordered a burger, and after waiting a good while we got most of our food except for his burger - they delivered the wrong entree.  Poor thing had to wait another  good while for the burger to get there, and when it did, it was so sad that he didn't even eat it.  He said it tasted very charred & burned, and he just couldn't take more than a couple of bites.  After waiting so long we just were ready to get out of there.  We ate some snacks at home.

Let me say that this isn't the worst place ever.  The wine was priced alright (I am just not a beer drinker), and the beer prices were good too.  I just won't be in too big of a hurry to come back.  The experience just isn't good enough to justify being a table vulture!

Great environment to eat + drink+ watch the game. Bartenders friendly and knowledgeable. Staff courteous. Food items were delicious. Great variety in terms of drinks.

I wandered in here after a grueling visit to Costco recently and here's the low down for those of you who don't know the schtick (cuz I didn't).  It's a sports bar/restaurant as any self respecting wing place ought to be with large screen TV's, lots o' beer, bar food and on screen trivia that you can play from your table for those of us with a head full of completely useless knowledge.

Someone else mentioned the service and I have to admit that ours was pretty slow.  The beer selection was pretty good and they did have it out quickly so because I'm easily amused with beer and trivia, I got past the service.   My kids got a bit fidgety but the atmosphere is certainly fine for kids if they don't mind waiting a while for their food.

Now the reason I really can't give them huge props is because I thought the wings were pretty boring.  They have a whole bunch of sauces you can pick from and we had a few different ones at our table.  Just left me kind of wanting more tangy wingy flavor where there wasn't.   I also think they are high for what they offer.  We also tried the ribs and fries but again, I've had better.

The place has it's merits for hanging out watching some sports, table side amusements and no smoking is a plus too but just don't expect a culinary trip to heaven.

Men, rejoice.  This is your place. Women - run like hell.  This places sucks it big time.
I'm all in for the sports bar vibe when needed, and hey, I was stoked to see some Olympics, but the food is so far past bad you will want your money back as well as the money you spent on gas getting there.
Wings SWIMMING in sauce.  Bizarre over flavored flat bread dripping in grease and so not worth the calories.  It is just bad, bad, bad. But the crappy ambiance and deafening noise do help to dull your sense of taste enough that you may not gag.  Don't count on it though.

The Nashville West Buffalo Wild Wings is finally open, but its pretty obvious the new staff has a few kinks left to work out.

The place was very busy (I asked the Hostess if she was getting a lot of business now that they were open, "More than when we were closed", she responded.) which resulted in some slower service.  Only one of the TVs was playing Trivia, and it wasn't immediately obvious where the restrooms where.

All in all though the location seems nice and the Wings were about what you'd expect.  If you like B-Dub, you'll be getting about what you'd expect.
