We came here for the Bruins game a few weeks ago and sat outside. It was a little rainy that night and the heat lamp on our side of hte patio wasn't working so it was a little chilly as well. The hostesses in the from were rude but our waitress Vicki was actually quite pleasant and a good sport! She was very attentive with our drink orders and our food orders. The food was OK. We got some boneless wings, and they tasted pretty bready, and they didn't all have sauce on them. The hot ones weren't particularly hot. I ordered the popcorn shrimp too, which I won't do again. They were TINY. Good atmosphere for drinks and maybe wings, the rest of the food is gross.

    Let's start with the bad:

Rude & lazy, seemed annoyed to be working.   Took her over 15 minutes to come over to take our order for drinks and another 10 minutes to get them.  This place was virtually empty on the Bar side.  Ordered breaded wings that had no bread on them, Spicy Garlic did not even taste like garlic.  Ranch dressing was horrible.  When I asked the girl that brought our food if the wings were breaded she huffed and said that was all they had and walked away.  Extremely slow service for the place being empty.  I could only imagine what it would be like busy.   The wings were dry and stringy.

    The Good:

All the Flat Screens & projection screens, ac was on.

    Overall:
I would only go to drink and watch sports.  I would never go there to eat anything.

We went here after we dropped a bunch of stuff off at storage. We used to go to these all the time in Dallas and were excited that we found one up here! Now to be fair, this one was dead since it isn't a big sports season right now. We will definitely go back.

Best part about my trip to Buffalo Wild Wings was leaving.

The service was solid, servers were prompt, the manager checked on our table after we received our meal. We were seated quickly, great TV setup, restaurant was clean and neat.

The food and drink were shockingly bad. My girlfriend's margarita was pure sour mix, it tasted like a Warhead Sour Candy. I had the Caribbean Jerk sauce on my boneless wings, the sauce was terrible. The after taste was so bad, I had to use the glass of sour mix to wash it down. I would have been better off buying some Tyson Brand microwave nuggets and staying home. The wrap we ordered was not wrapped, again the quality of the chicken was poor. The whole experience was a disappointment.

My husband and I thought we would try this location as the one in Danvers is Horrible! We went and totally forgot that the Bruins game was on! Had to wait. It that was ok. Our waitress was awesome, Maderi I think. Very nice and always took care of us. We will definitely go back to this location. They could definitely teach the Danvers location some things. Food was great and so was the beer!

I enjoy BWW all the time. Not a huge wing sucker but enjoy them.
The wings were nice, well rolled in sauce nothing to complain about the food.

This place needs some serious training for their Staff. Horrible draft pour. Our beer drafts were only 80% full (hey BWW, will you accept if I pay only 80% of the check?). When told the waitress that beers are not full she doesn't even care. They took however to bring the food when the entire space was empty. Can be faster, better and much more friendlier.

The only reason I'd give it 2 stars is due to the fact that the wings are actually very good and the cocktails come in pint glasses for under $8.
The rest of the experience was horrendous.
Server greeted the table right when we sat down with a "uh hi, I just got triple set, it's gonna be a while". And then it really was a while until she came back.
Anyways, ordered the wings and waited and waited....isn't this a wing place and they fry them constantly so all they do to order is put the sauce on? Well yes, that's exactly what they do which is why they came out right after we ordered our burgers because the scatterbrained waitress remembered that she didn't put our wings in yet.
She then made excuses blaming other staff for why our food didn't come out and a whole other load of crap that we didn't care to hear.
Next time, sitting at the bar, ordering wings and leaving ASAP

I ate lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday with four others. It was my first ever visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. This location is next to the Square One Mall on Rt. 1.

We arrived around 3:00 and were promptly seated in the bar area. The first thing you will notice is the copious amounts of TVs. They had every sporting event on, it seemed. The drink menu has a pretty decent selection and the prices aren't terrible either. A tall Coors Light is about $4.25, and they had tall Magic Hat #9 for $5.50. Not a bad deal at all. We ordered the appetizer platter to start, which came with 2 soft pretzels, 4 bone in wings, 4 jalepeno poppers, and a handful of home made tortillia chips. The wings were flavorful, the pretzels were good, the poppers were OK, and the chips were interesting. They definitely didn't come from a bag. There was a nice crunch to it, but soft in the center.

I also ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. I thought the chicken was done very well, but my roll was cold. It wasn't room temperature, but it felt like it had just been removed from the fridge or freezer right before they put my food on it. As a table, we also ordered 24 boneless wings. They were more chicken nuggets than boneless wings, but they were still pretty tasty.

I'm not sure if I'll come back. There are a lot of good sports bars in the Boston area, and the combination of the location and average at best food probably won't bring me back anytime soon.

Came by for the hot wing challenge with a group of friends and left greatly dissatisfied. The service wasn't bad but that's probably all it had going for it. The wings, though they had a good variety of sauces, were mediocre at best. My issue with the place was that, even though my friends finished the challenge with time to spare, they got nothing to show for it but burning mouths and watery eyes. They did not receive the tshirts that most champions win after completing the challenge because the restaurant had none in stock. Worst of all, they charged for those wings! Who charges winners for accomplished challenges? Truly disappointing and, though I heard they had flat screen TVs above the men's urinals, definitely not worth the trip or the money.

I'm a big fan of wings, so I decided to try this place.  I'm sorry I don't care how good your wings are... wings aren't worth $1 per wing!  :(    $5.99 for 6 wings..?

I got 6 of the Honey BBQ & 6 of the Teriyaki.  The BBQ wings were decent.  I'm normally a HUGE fan of Teriyaki, but these were so nasty I couldn't choke down more than 3.

Near the front door, there was a big sign with some special they were advertising (can't remember what it was)  but I asked the server what _____ were.  They had no idea, they asked a second server what they were & they didn't have a clue either.  So I passed on the item.  I might have tried it if someone could tell me what it was.  It's funny when the people who work there don't know an item they're offering.

Meh... most likely won't be back.... next time I'm going to try Angelas fire grilled, across the street, they supposedly have amazing wings.  :)

For Christmas my brother in law got us a gift card to Buffalo Wild Wings.  He seemed excited about it, but we had never been.  So we went one night expecting basic bar food.  There were lots of television everywhere you look which were great for watching sports.  But I'm going to have to pull out my badder than Michael Jackson ratting on this place.  The food was just bad. The waitress knew it and I felt sorry for her.  The wings on special were extra small and weren't real wings.  The salad was bagged salad on a plate and was kind of wilting.  If your in Saugus you can do much better.

Went out to BWW on an early Saturday afternoon to watch some soccer and enjoy some wings, should have went to Hooters.  I ordered a Stello Artois to start the meal, but there was a taste of soap in the beer so they didn't rinse the glass very well.

Next I ordered 12 hot wings, a mix of Spicy Garlic and Hot, along with the Buffalo chips.  I sat for 25 minutes as I waited for my order with my waitress spending more time talking to a guy at a table then working and serving people.  When I received my order I noticed I only had 10 wings, 5 in each basket, and they were cold.  I thought maybe I misread the menu and they only provide 10 not 12.  As I was eating my wings I notice there are no drumsticks only the wings, another disappointment.

I finished up and asked for my bill and to my surprise the receipt says 12 wings.  They had already cleaned up my table so I wasn't able to point out that they only served me 10 wings and not 12.  Last time I go there, awful service and on top of it they jipped me on a couple wings.

So I've been to one before, so I knew what to expect.  My friends and I sat down near a large screen to watch the Bruins.  We ordered our drinks, and then the waitress seemed to just float by and not ask us anything a couple of times.  Now my friends and I all decided to get something different so we could try someone else's, so we made up our minds and waited.  And waited.  And waited.  It might be the people of the North Shore, but the service is downright awful.  The wings are hotter than expected for the more flavorful sauces, but if you want more of anything, don't expect to get it for a while.  Probably won't be back anytime soon.

Came in tonight for the Super Bowl. Bartenders spend more time waiting on the people that work here that come in at the end if their shift or day off to drink rather than the actual patrons. I've had an empty drink for 10 minutes and the bartender from Texas is still talking to another bartender at the end of the bar.

I have been wanting to stop in here to see what all the excitement was about. Now I know it's a chain, but for some reason my expectations where high, I have to say overall i was very disappointed. The concept is there, but it's executed very poorly.   I will say this... if you want to watch sports on TV and drink mediocre beer in a very loud atmosphere.. this is your place .  The wings were just OK, and very over priced for the portion size. As for the rest of the food.. it's awful! every thing is pre-packaged and warmed up. EVERYTHING. Nothing is made in house and it shows. Even the tables and chairs were lackluster. There is no attention to detail at all. A little from scratch cooking and stools with backs would go a long way in this place. On the bright side... service was great. The waitress was efficient and very sweet!

Had to do it.  Had to try it and find out what the hype was about.  fried chicken and wings are never healthy so i knew what i was getting in to.  They literally have about 15 sauce flavors.  I had a wing/boneless combo with boneless honey bbq and bone-in asian zing.  The asian zing is a sweet & sour with hot pepper flakes in it however it really didn't have any zing.  Note that drums and wings are not breaded and not cooked to being crispy.  The ends are somewhat crispy but middle skin is flaccid.  They came out hot and were juicy.  Also, the boneless were fine.  Fries were generic shoestring.

The place has between 38-42 TV screens on the walls.  Its insane.  Each time i counted, I got a different number.  Plus the more beer I drank, the less I trusted my accuracy.  The beers are very tall.  The service was apathetic but sufficient.  Will I be back?  Maybe....if I happen to stop in the ghetto Kmart next door for a good laugh.

Boneless wings were small under sauced. Fries were basic n onion rings were decent. Ordered wings hot and were medium at best. Service was ok and seemed like a great spot to watch a ballgame. Unlimited televisions which was very cool.

We have fun when we come here.

We come here to eat a lot of wings and tenders, and drink giant blue moons. Not for sports. We have no use for their millions of big screens with bulky athletes, but bonus for everyone who does.

60 cent wings on Tuesdays. Score. Yum.

First and foremost, I like Buffalo Wild Wings. This specific location on the other hand, has absolutely HORRIBLE service. I was in there on a week night, with a few friends.

We waited patiently for a hostess to clean a table for us, and then were brought to the table. After about 10 minutes of waiting, our waitress showed up and took our drink order. 3 sodas and a beer, it took a few minutes to get our drinks, but we weren't really expecting anything incredibly fast, as we're veterans. When our waitress returned we ordered our appetizer, and then our "meals".

Our appetizer came out, carried by a runner. Normally we would get some napkins, and some additional paper containers to help divide out the appetizer. The runner went back into the kitchen to wait to run some other food I assume. At this point, we haven't seen our waitress in a while. We finish our ap, and wait around patiently for our meals. Our meals come out, again brought by the runner. Again, no extra paper deals to put bones in, or pour ketchup or w/e. Still haven't seen our waitress.

We ordered some hot food, the top 4 hottest sauces you can get were on the table. And all four of us were sitting with empty/ice filled glasses, and hoping to see our waitress. She finally came out from wherever she had been, and started cleaning booths. One of my friends was trying to flag her down, and she just kept on doing what she was doing. When she finally did come over, we asked for refills, a glass of water, and some napkins, and she rolled her eyes at us!

She comes back, and slams 4 glasses of water into the table, along with 3 heavily ice filled sodas, and a stack of napkins that would have been enough for 3-4 tables. We finish our meals, and try to not bother our waitress again, as it is clearly a huge hassle to do her job.

After finishing our meals, we wait for a good 15 minutes for the waitress to come over and bring our check. We spent a few minutes deciding how we would pay, and decided to put it on a card. Card goes into the little slot, and the black receipt holder is placed on the corner of the table. After ANOTHER 15 minutes, our waitress comes back, and goes over to cash us out. Normally, my friends will tip at least 20% for even half way decent service, this is the first time I have ever wanted to tip absolutely nothing. We did still tip, but our waitress clearly did not deserve it.

I don't know if this specific location is poorly managed, or if there is a specific "no refills" policy in place to help on the bottom line, but this location is HORRIBLE. I will never ever go to this location again. I live much closer to this location than the Liberty Tree location, but I will be driving passed this location in favor of the better service at the mall.

When theres a game like everywhere else service slows alittle so trying to get another beer is slow so order one sooner rather then later.
Wait staff are friendly and helpfull.

Having frequenting the Hooters right up the street for a while now, i figured that this would be a good opportunity to try something new.  I figured with the word "wings" being in their name.. they'd be hashing out some award winning wings for my dining pleasure.  I was mistaken.

The service wasn't as bad as everyone says.  I mean it's not GOOD but it's not bad either.  The decor was great, I liked all the flair all over the place.  Man oh man does it get loud in here.  There's a ton of kids running around, I think that the people who don't go to Hooters because of the servers there come here with their kids instead.  It's quite depressing, trying to enjoy a meal with a million kids screaming into each ear.

The wings are atrocious.  We sat down and ordered 4 orders of their wings, in four different flavors.  Each one was horrible.. burnt, tiny and over seasoned.  The only one that was anything good was the Hawaiian one.. but it wasn't anything spectacular either.  Excuse me for thinking you guys would have great wings... you can get much better wings at Hooters... or even Pizza Hut for that matter!

Not worth the trip and the price.

They call these wings, they were so dried out, more like chicken nuggets covered in a tasteless sauce, this is the worst place ever, everything was so salty, the music was so loud you couldnt even talk with your party. Worst place ever.

Service was awful.  Nice girl but she NEVER came back to the table.  The app of boneless wings were okay.  Dry but ok.  We asked for ranch and it NEVER came.  Celery was rotted thru and brown.  Carrots were limp and wilted.  Got the "steak" wrap which was thick cut deli roast beef and tasteless.  No seasoning whatsoever.
Drinks were made poorly.  It's not even an amount of booze issue it's that the drinks were made terribly.   Ate at a Wild Wings in Savannah Georgia which was AMAZING.  Turns out it's a different business.  SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!!!!!

I wouldn't give them 1 star if I didn't have to.  I thought since they were known for their wings we should get wings.  My husband and I each had 12, mine were teriyaki and his were wild.  We also ordered french fries, onion rings and nacho poppers.  Everything was overly salty, the fries were cold, the onion rings were good, but the nachos were too salty too, but at least they were hot.  The wings were overdone, dry and way too salty.  Nobody makes better wings???  Really?  Well I'll do a wing off with you any day and win!
If you want good wings go elsewhere.
While we were deciding on dessert, the waitress pushed the chocolate cake. It was dry and inedible without the small plop of ice cream that came with it.  I took the rest of it home and my son ate it with a huge glass of milk.  The meal was not worth half the money we spent!

I have been back two more times since my last review.  One time I had the boneless chicken wings and then one more time for the regular chicken wings.   The boneless wings I was not a fan of, they seemed more like popcorn chicken and were too much batter and breading and not enough chicken.  The last time I went for straight up chicken wings and again they were a winner.

So go to the wing place for the wings and you will not be disappointed but go for other things and I think it is a full on crap shoot.

I have been looking for a place to go on Sunday's for football season since the Bostonville Grille closed last year. After going to this Buffalo Wild Wings, my search continues.

I'll start with the food. It isn't as bad as some of these reviews state. Their burgers are decent, and so is the pulled pork. If you don't go in expecting anything fantastic you'll be happy with either of those. The wings however, are all together different. The boneless "wings" are basically chicken nuggets. Some of the sauces are ok, esp. Mango Habanero, but the actual wings are pretty sub-par.

Thats ok though, I can deal with food that is somewhere between McDonalds and Applebee's, the real problem with this place is the service.

The first time I went there for a Sunday of football there was 3 or 4 of us and we were ordering food and apps all day long. Service seemed ok. Next week, however, was a different story.

We got the same waitress (Tracey), and she openly complained to us about the 20% tip we left her the week before. Later, she half-jokingly told us that they were charging people $15 an hour to sit at their tables. She was without a doubt the most unpleasant server I've ever had anywhere. She made it so uncomfortable that we left after the first slate of games instead of ordering another round of food and apps for the later games.

Although this was the worst case, this became a trend. The rest of the times we went back we avoided Tracey, but the rest of the staff is pushy as well, although not as bad as she was. A few weeks later we gave the place another shot planning on leaving after the 1pm games. We closed our tab with about 5 minutes left in the last game, paid/tipped and stayed at our table for the last couple minutes of the game. Then before it even ended, the manager came over and said we had to leave unless we ordered something.

If you absolutely must go to a Buffalo Wild Wings in the area, go to the one at the Liberty Tree Mall. The staff there is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Saugus is a disgrace and is one of the must unpleasant experiences I've ever had.

Buffalo Wild Wings promotes itself as a place to go eat and watch the games for the day. Maybe someone should tell this to the staff in Saugus

This place is the lowest of lows! We came here to try to enjoy the rest of the night on our way home and right when we walked in the hostess turns her back on my brother in law, so he wasn't to happy about that. I did read the bad reviews before going here, but I was hoping to get at least a 3 star night out of this place since I wanted my family to enjoy a good Buffalo Wild Wings experience, since they haven't had the chance since I lived in Ohio a few years ago. After we were seated, we had a waitress come and then disappeared, which mean't a shift change, but the new waitress we had seemed like she couldn't process infomation well. We ordered food, and then she came back and didn't know who ordered what.

We ordered veggie sticks, which was carrots and celery and when we got them there wasn't any carrots on the plate and she didn't say anything, and when we asked her she said they were all out after we already received the plate. When I received my chicken tenders, it's was so dry that when I would take a bite into it they were really dry and and crispy and it's actually suppose to be easy to bite into. One of the waitresses after collecting her tip, was seen shaking her head and mumbling things under her breath because she didn't get the tip she wanted. This place is only good for sitting at the bar and watching the game, but knowing this place the bartender should be pretty bad!

Went here with my Dad a few weeks ago for a quick dinner. Honestly, it's the family friendly version of Hooters but with crappy food. Lots of t.v.'s to watch every sports channel known to mankind but the waitresses aren't wearing provocative uniforms. I did like how they decorated the place in Boston-sports memorabilia but thats about it. We were seated immediately and our waitress came over after about 5 minutes. My dad ordered a beer and I had water. Once we got our drinks we ordered our food. He had a cheese burger and I was supposed to have the Honey Mustard Chicken sandwich. Yes, I said "supposed to have."

When our food arrived I was given a BBQ bacon cheeseburger; not even close to what I ordered. Good thing I noticed this before I took a bite out of it. I called the waitress over and explained to her that this was not what I ordered. She took it and said she would be right back. She came back 5 minutes later and explained she ordered me the wrong thing, apologized, and placed a new order for me. 15 minutes later my food arrived. This time I received a BBQ bacon chicken sandwich. SHE GOT IT WRONG AGAIN!!!!!! I ate it anyways because I was so friggen hungry and because my Dad was already done eating and I felt bad for holding him up.

I didn't say anything to the waitress because I was really hungry and pissed off. Furthermore, I shouldn't have to correct you 2 times about what my order is. There's a reason why waiters/waitresses carry around a note pad to take down people's orders it's so you don't forget what they ordered/order the wrong thing....twice. It wasn't even that busy in there and the sandwich I got wasn't even warm. All in all it was a bad experience and I won't be going back anytime soon.

I've not yet experienced the life decisions necessary to appreciate a sports bar having a wednesday night kids night....  The area that isn't the bar, was swarmed with 15-20 kids running around, w/ inflatable balloon animals... most swords.  Some had their face painted, and none of them seemed to have any concept of personal space.

The servers seemed to even be annoyed.  I get that parents bring their kids there to get cheep eats and activities, but, that isn't a license to let them run a muck in the restaurant getting in the way of servers.

The food is classic b-dubs.  Quality is slightly above a fast food chain, and below like a 99 or TGI Fridays.  they have beer, TVs, and most likely the games will be on TV.

This one doesn't hold a candle to the one in KY I used to frequent, but it is great to have a place to remind me of my old Kentucky home.

This place just doesn't live up to the hype...

1 star for TVs everywhere!  You can't turn your head without seeing another screen.  Great place to watch a game.

1 star for friendly bartenders.  They have a good balance of friendly and leave you alone to enjoy your date.  My glass was never empty and my plates were cleared quickly.

No stars for the table service.  I waited over 10 minutes for someone to greet my table before I moved to the bar.  There's just no excuse for this.  I later saw the same thing happen to the next party sat at the same table.  Once could be a fluke, but twice is just poor service.

No stars for the food.  It's just bland and inconsistent.  The only thing I can recommend from the menu are the pretzels.  Sad.

I may be back for a beer, but I'll definitely only sit at the bar and I won't be ordering dinner.  It's sad, this place could really have been a winner.

Once, when I was a young girl, I had a date with a handsome young boy named Han. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered fried mushrooms, spicy garlic wings and sweetened iced tea. Now, normally I don't consider myself an 8. On standard days I am a 7 at best, but on this particular day I was a solid 8.3 (+.3 because I had just bought a new feathery hat that I refused to take off for weeks). However, even with a solid point jump, the food was SO delicious that Han actually ended our date 3 wings in and moved to a separate table because he said "I need more space to deal with this taste." We never spoke again.

Ever since that experience, I refused to go back. Then one day, I read online that Han had died tragically in a freak smelting accident. So, I decided to return, and my life has never been the same.

Few people know this, but every item on the menu contains the top 3 ingredients that make ANY dish phenomenal: cheese, ranch dressing, and early onset diabetes. I once blended all three in my Magic Bullet and served them as smoothies at my Franklin & Bash premiere party. Everyone was so impressed that they all went to sleep in my bathroom until morning.

Another little known fact is that BWW's Playmaker system was designed by the late Steve Jobs. Tech insiders will tell you that the system actually won numerous innovation awards, but during the implementation phase the restaurant gave him cancer so they were never made public. I found this all out from our Wednesday night waitress, Eileen. She had a mustache, and people with mustaches never lie. Never.

Lastly, the wings! I accidentally stumbled into the kitchen once and discovered their secret: bald eagles. It's some of the rarest meat in the world next to baby Giraffe (you can find it at participating Subways). I've heard that hipster tears are the secret ingredient in the sauces, but I've tasted hipster tears and they only taste like dirt.

Bottom line - go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Do it. Ask for the "Back Door Bites"... you may never eat anywhere else ever again.

Knowing exactly what to expect by reading all these Yelp reviews, I still had to try Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time with an opened mind. Can't knock it till you try it! -Well, here's my knock. I'm not afraid to hurt anyone's feelings.

Upon setting my first step into the establishment, there was no host/hostess to be found. Just stood there and gazed around for about five minutes. My boyfriend and I were happy to stumble in on "Wild Wing Tuesday", and 1/2 off appetizers after 9 pm.

Finally, someone walking our way, our hostess who lacked luster, hospitality, and seemed pretty miserable appeared. With a hoarse sigh, she showed us to our seat. At least it was a booth. It's good enough. She redeemed herself.

Our waitress quickly came by to ask us for drinks, I requested a glass of water with a lemon. Water came, without the lemon. At this point, I was expecting that spiel  "Hi, my name is: ____. First time here? Our promotions of the night..." Nope, not this time. Just had to guess and figure out the fine print of the specials of the night. (Not all apps are 1/2 off.)

To be fair, walking into a chain restaurant, I was semi-expecting some standard pieces of flair. Service was haphazard to say the least.

As our order was placed, we were entertained by the interactive poker on the above screens. Good, I raked in $3200 in fake money. I'll just go ahead and buy everyone a round of fake drinks.

Roughly twenty minutes passed before our wings came out. As it just struck 9 pm, we continued with some appetizers to balance out the meal.

    = Disappointing.

Mushroom poppers were okay. Nothing to brag about.
Side salad: Wendy's makes it more presentable, as the leaves had a brownish hue.
Celery and carrot boat: BY FAR THE WORST. This took the longest to come out. I wasn't too sure if they were growing it or just couldn't find the plastic packages they come in: white, dried, powdery. Michael Jackson's corpse looks and probably tastes better.
Wings: fried to a crisp, where if you aren't expecting it, might chip your teeth, tiny, dinky pieces.

Our waitress had walked passed several times without checking up on us. As my water was nothing but ice, and would have loved a refill. Enough time had passed where I had to manage slipping on the melting ice to quench my dire thirst.

Yes, I understand it's not fun to be working in restaurant service. But, if this all that you can do, at least fake a smile to make your customers' experience slightly worth while.

If Gordon Ramsay was here, he'd be sh.tting all over this joint, proverbially speaking.

It is also very daring of them to open their location just a 1/2 mile from the famous restaurant also known for their Buffalo Wings, and may I mention, trained service in orange shorty-shorts and white top-filled tank tops.

With how easily disappointing things are, I'm going to predict that BWW will become the future Pizza Hut. No more sit-down; just curbside. More into the future -- Upper management and stockholders: be aware of your inevitable bankruptcy.

In light of things, the bathroom is clean.

Buffalo Wild Wings: You are everything short of spectacular when it comes to food and service.

I went to BWW when they first opened in Saugus and was less than impressed.  I chopped it up to it being new and said that we would try it again.  Once again, what a let down.  While the servers all seemed to be quite nice, it is like they were all on turbo running around like their pants are on fire and there  just weren't that many people there.

The wing selection is great, but  there are at least three to four selections that are just too hot for normal people to eat.  And that is coming from someone who likes it hot.  The wings are also not meaty.  I think that they are fine for the price, but after 12 wings, my hubby was still hungry.

It is also very, very loud and there are a tv's everywhere.  If you could listen to a certain TV at your table it would be great, but when I was there, there were just 70 TV's with different things on and the sound of a basketball game (the arcade one, not a real game) going on in the background.

It has potential and I hope that they get their stuff together.  Everything just takes way to long there now and it is just not worth it when you can get better wings at a pizza shop.

"Fantastic Midwestern wing chain butchered horribly"

    BW3, BDUBS, BWs.

All nicknames for the chicken wing chain I've grown to love and cherish out west.  Being a city boy and going to school out in the midwest, I discovered Buffalo Wild Wings my freshmen year and fell in love with it. Nothing like some Mango Habanero after a long night of chugging bee- I mean, studying!

As soon as I heard a location opened up, I sped my way all the way to Saugus (Sorry highway patrols), got myself a table after waiting for 30 minutes (Nothing gets in the way of my wings), ordered my staple: 6 Mango Habanero, 6 Desert Heat, and 6 hot, waited patiently, and lo! and Behold... I was disappointed.

The wings tasted so cheap, sauceless, and dried. Even the dry rub was DRY, what kind of shit was that? The service was also spotty, with my waitress leaving for a really long time... and me being without water... bad idea when you're eating hot wings.

Overall, I'm apologizing on behalf of my beloved BDUBS for the terrible location of this store, and hope that when you all are in the midwest, you'll try some legitimate BDUBS, and enjoy what I've enjoyed for years.

Tons of TVs... tons of beer.
Food was par for the course with a chain restaurant. Service was interesting- I had trouble getting past the purple eyeshadow and sparkly green tipped manicure.
A good place to watch a game, maybe.

This place is poised to become the worst restaurant in Saugus, competing neck-in-neck with it's neighbor, China Buffet. The wings are just not good. You can literally get better wings anywhere else, unless you really want the underwhelming flavors they have here that they don't have elsewhere. If you blind folded me and told me that my chicken sandwich was from Wendy's, I'd call you a liar because Wendy's is vastly superior to this god forsaken bullshit pile of a chicken sandwich. I almost broke my tooth on a potato wedge. They must have been sitting under a heat lamp since the restaurant opened for business.

Our waitress, although as stupid as the day is long, was incredibly nice. Certainly not a hall of fame server, or good enough to convince me to come back, but in a shit storm of a dining experience, she was a slight ray of light.

Bottom line - if you have any taste whatsoever, dine elsewhere. If you pick your favorite restaurants based on how many tv's they have and how likely they are to show a UFC fight, then maybe this place is for you.

Being raised in the Midwest (where BWW, better known as BW3 was born... it's a Big Ten thing), I've long been a fan of BWW and was very excited when I spotted this location on Route 1. As a longtime customer, I know what to expect, and I expect a top-notch sports bar experience centered on "wingage."

Here's what you need to know about BWW: it's all about chicken, and in particular, about wings (bone-in, of course). If you go there expecting a great burger, fish tacos, or the like, you might end up disappointed. I don't hold this against them, in the same way I don't hold a crappy burger against a Mexican food joint. I will say that I find their non-wing entrees serviceable, but not great.

Now, the thing you must understand is that chicken wings are meant to be small. Buffalo wings are made from young chickens. For some reason, in Massachusetts, many places like to use gigantic wings. I find this disgusting and totally counter to the original Buffalo Wing experience. Yet, many fine residents of this great state will complain endlessly that the Wings are not the size of a KFC drumstick. Sorry folks, those aren't buffalo wings: those are drumsticks with Franks poured on them.

I love BWW wings. Their sauces are, IMO, amazing. Wild, Hot, Hot BBQ, Caribbean Jerk, and Spicy Garlic are my favorites. I'll use those same suaces on their chicken sandwich or on their buffalitos.

My experience at this place came a good two weeks after they opened.  I thought the service was good, not great. I could tell that half the staff was pretty much brand new. They have a lot of work to do on the service side.

If you're not a wing person, do yourself a favor and get the Buffalitos. They are basically soft-tacos with chicken and the sauce of your choice. They are great.

IMO, if you can't go to Wogie's on Greenwich Ave in Manhattan, this is your next best stop for wings + sports.

I was really excited to try this place when I saw they opened one nearby.  I was initially discouraged by  the previous reviews on here, but wanted to give it a shot anyway.  I am not sure how long it has been opened, but we asked the waitress what the difference between the boneless wings and tenders, which she did not know the answer to.  Then she made up an answer, which turned out to be wrong, and she also didn't really seem to know what came with what.  Oh well, no big deal, I care much more about the food than I do about the wait staff.

I got the combo with boneless and bone-in wings--buffalo style hot.  I tried the boneless wings first--not so good.  They were really small and were more like nuggets (BTW--this is the difference between boneless wings and tenders).    The breading that they use has a flavor in it that does not go very well with the buffalo sauce.  My girlfriend got the chicken tenders with honey bbq sauce, which although they had the same breading, tasted much better with the sauce than mine did with the buffalo.  They also have "naked" tenders on their menu which does not have the breading, which I will probably try next time I go in. The bone-in wings were much better.  They did not have the breading that the boneless ones did and the sauce was very good.  I would definitely go back for these.  I personally like them better than the ones at Hooters, which I am not a huge fan of.

We also ordered the soft pretzels appetizer which were good and kind of different for a restaurant--we got both the queso sauce and honey mustard, both of which were good (I preferred the mustard and my girlfriend preferred the queso).

I saw the previous posts about the ketchup being fake--never would have noticed if I hadn't seen the reviews--not really too much of an issue for me, although it may be an indication of the quality of ingredients that they use.

It was definitely good enough to give them another shot, but not quite as good as I expected it to be.  It will be a good place to watch some games with all of their TVs.

Like the lone wolf on the Supreme Court, allow me to write the dissenting opinion.

I have never been able to find good buffalo wings at such a low price.  six good wings for six dollars is not bad.  I got those, nachos, two beers and a coke for about $21 and change, which is a fair price for a bar and grill establishment.

The service was good.  If there were mishaps, it was because they just opened and the place was very busy.  Everyone was friendly.  Let's move on shall we.

They advertise themselves as a sports bar, so I don't expect filet mignon or fine dining type of food.  What I do expect is sports, and that is exactly what I got.  About 20 different screens in that place, and about the same number of different types of beers on tap.  Excellent.

And the place is huge.  They have very nice seating accomodations.  Indoor and outdoor seating accomodations.

I don't know what else you can ask for.  Good food, at fair prices, plenty of booze and plenty of big screens, nice atmosphere at a good location, and beautiful friendly women.  If you can find a place that has more, please let us know.
