Don't here for fast service.  I don't always think it's the servers fault....the kitchen is just SLOW.  But some servers are decent and you see them.  Other servers are invisible your entire visit and you can't get drinks, napkins, anything!  So our experiences here vary for service, but the kitchen is always slow.

However, it's one place with variety of tv's and trivia and we can go and hang out for a bit as a family and everyone has fun.  Food has been good.  When you get it. They have a large beer selection.

So we go knowing we will be here awhile and enjoy our wings and beer and the kids play trivia.  I gave it 3 stars b/c some visits have been great and we enjoy the atmosphere.  And we will go back.

Went to this Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time today. The restaurant is clean, service was fast, and the wings were good. I went with the naked tenders and fries. I am not crazy about the fries. It is better to stick with the wings.

Been here about 6-7 times. As I have gotten older, my taste buds must have died, because I can now tolerate hot/spicy food.

Plenty of large TVs, I like playing the online trivia game and my kids liked the hangman game. Food is decent. I like it better than Hooters wings. I am not a wings snob, so I couldnt tell you what is necessarily good or bad. I typically get the boneless wings. What I noticed the last time I was there was the spicy chart meter. So I got honey bbq and it is like a 3 on the spicy chart. Then I got thai flavored wings and it was about 3/4 of the way up the chart. I ate the thai wings, thinking that I was going to have to guzzle a gallon of ice water and they barely got a 1 on my spicy meter. However, when I bit into the honey bbq, they all made my eyes water and my brow sweat. It could be my old man taste buds, but I thought that it was odd.

The wait staff was very friendly and almost out of control friendly with my 6 yr old son. They treated him like a king. Balloons, hats, the whole 9 yards. Since it does have a bar portion, I am always worried about the language and rude patrons not respecting that you have a child sitting at the adjacent table. So I always try to get a table a little away from the younger crowd to avoid that.

I think it is a great place to go for pay per view sports and have a few drinks. I like the business model and would come back.

Well- Let me say that this review is a little bias because I'm a Dirty Buffalo fan. I came here with 4 other people and we sat in the bar area. Our server was super attentative...at first. We got our beers, drinks, and food in a timely manner. It was just the following up that needed some help. When we received our food it took about 30 minutes before we saw this guy again. All of our drinks were empty and I sat here wondering if next time he came to our table would he have the check? Because by that time, I just really wanted the check. I think about 75% of our time there was us waiting for our server to show up. While he was a nice guy, I didn't feel bad tipping a little more than 10% which is weird for me because I always tip 20% or higher.

In regards to the boneless wings I had...I normally like traditional but it was a Thursday and I like the boneless deal. Desert heat dry rub is only good on traditional- trust me on that one. The Asian Zing was fantastic sweet, a little spicy, and pretty good.

Unfortunately for Bdubs, I'll be sticking to the Dirty Buff.

I usually love their wild traditional wings with a side of fries, but when I ordered to-go, my wings and fries were horrible! I hardly had any hot sauce on my wings, and my fries were hard, brown, and appeared refried. I should have checked them when I picked it up, but I trusted since I always have a great experience dining in.

Seriously?! I called ahead twice to alert them that we had 30+ people coming. We got half the tables (and not because there weren't other tables available) we needed and one server. Our drinks were constantly empty, food came out in very slow waves and a lot of the orders were wrong.

The manager came out to help run food, but never to apologize or even refill our drinks. They seriously need to get their stuff together.

Terrible, non-existent service. I wanted to take my son (who just returned from an 8 month deployment) and his girlfriend to lunch last Saturday. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Suffolk and were seated immediately as the place was not at all crowded. We sat there with our menus for about 20 minutes and no one ever took our drink order. We decided to walk out and the hostess said "thanks for coming in folks"....really? It would have been nice to actually come in to a restaurant and actually be served food.

One of my general rules OR rules in general, I like to go against the grain.  People look at me funny, but what the hell.  It's none of their business if I want to eat a burger wrapped in lettuce at a burger place or boneless, skinless chicken tenders at a wing joint.

Another one of my general rules OR rules in general is "if it's free, it's for me".....I know, that makes me sound like my standards are super low.  I assure you, they really aren't.

B-dubs was the choice for our working lunch today.  Boss mans boss man wanted to take us out for a team building activity and this was his decision.  Don't get me wrong, I do like this place, but it's not at the top of my list.  Also the service, again, was somewhat lackluster (I used this word in my first review too).

We arrived well before the lunch time rush with a party of 8.   We had to wait on boss mans boss man before we ordered.  By the time he arrived, another HUGE party of pest control workers sat down in our section.  They had about 20 people.  No biggie.  We were just happy that they were there eating and not working.

Once our server circled the table and had everyones orders in hand it was literally an eternity before our food came out.  Let me tell you I was ravenous.  I ordered the naked tenders with mango habanero sauce and fries.

The naked tenders were pedestrian (thanks for the awesome word Chef Joe (C) Master Chef).  Naked = plain, grilled chicken.  Nothing special, but great for people trying to shave off some calories from meals.  I did however make up for those saved calories with the accompanying deep fried french cut potatoes.  For my sauce, I had the mango habanero.  My mouth was burning that good burn.  I think the mango habanero is my favorite thing at BWW.

Best sports bar in town! Great wings. Perfect bar menu. Loud and rowdy during football season just as it should be!

If you are looking for a fun sports bar with great servers, go here! I recommend you sit at the bar with Storms though. She is always friendly and is the best one there!

I will always visit this location.

BWW.. Although this is a well established name in the Wings world, i'd venture to say that BWW is the BEST wings around.  And while i'm mostly there to enjoy some Asian Zing, I've been known to knock down each/every flavor they have!  I'm not sure why anyone would go to BWW for anything but the wings and an occasional beer to follow suit but the rest of the menu (which seems to go blurry once i pass the wing selection section) seems to be legit.  I know the atmosphere is about the same no matter which one you visit, but the staff is what really makes/breaks a location.  This one has it's up's/down's.  I was one of the first to this location when it opened and the staff and service has come a long way!
Bottom line is - ITS BWW!! Just Enjoy it! and play the games!! Friken trivia kicks my a$$ lmao!!

We have been to this location before and yet the service still needs some major work. We went on military monday and it wasn't busy AT ALL! We were a party of 7, our friend is being deployed, and there were approx. 3-4 other tables. Our waitress was very "bubbly" and completely clueless! Took our drink order which consisted of 4 waters and 1 beer. She brought 3 waters and 10 minutes later my beer arrived. The rest of our party arrived and we ordered. We all got wings, bone-in and boneless, and someone got the sliders. When our food arrived, half the table received their food and the other half had to wait 10 minutes to get theirs, the sliders were horrible. You could pick up the slider by just grabbing the top bun! The wings were inconsistent with sauce. Some had sauce, some didn't. We had to keep asking for water refills, I still hadn't gotten my water from the beginning, and we had to chase down our waitress to get our checks.

Do Not Go to this BWW!!! You are much better off driving the extra 20-30 minutes and going to the one in Greenbriar.

This was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Great food, fair prices and an awesome staff. Definitely a great place to be on Football sundays.

I actually am not here to complain about the food rather the service and alcohol selection.  I specifically went to this establishment on a Friday after work to enjoy a few drinks with some co-workers.  I chose this because 1) it is close to work and home.  2) I like their wings and the atmosphere.

This was my first time going to this BW3 for an afterwork drink though.  I get to the bar, order my drink of choice (Hennessey with a splash of coke), the waitress tells me that they are all out.  I can live with that because hey, if they are out, maybe they will get some another day.  I order a crown and coke (not my favorite but it was okay).  So I get to talking to another waitress there and I ask her when they would be getting more Hennessey in.  She says to me, "we don't sell Hennessey."  That was shocking to me because I had just been told that they were all out.  So I ask a friend of mine, who just so happens to know one of the managers, if they had Hennessey on one of their visits.  They replied back "I forgot to tell you that they don't sell it."  The reasoning behind this no selling of Hennessey -- "Ya'll don't know how to act with Hennessey in your system."  Really?  Now why would an etablishment say such a thing and then not sell it completely?  Not every person who drinks Hennessey is an a$$.  So basically what they are saying is "You will drink what we have and be happy!"  I understand it is their store and they can sell whatever they feel but in the process you are singling out one group of people to keep the place up to a certain standard...

I, for one, do not believe this is a Buffalo Wild Wings decision because I have been to many of them and had Hennessey.  I am sure I am just one voice but this is horrible and I hope that my request on my receipt will be looked at.

The food is actually quite tasty...in an only-bar-food kind of way.  The sauces each have great merit but the cost of each item, with a beer, is rather prohibitive.  The trivia and poker keep me entertained.

I would recommend this place to people looking for a good game on a big screen but didn't mind paying out the a$$ for beer.

It's B-dubbs....you know what you're getting into: a loud bar with beer and wings. I always get the naked tenders with mild sauce and they're delicious. Try the fried pickles too, yum. Their beer can be pretty overpriced, a Blue Moon is more expensive than a glass of wine but I'd pass on the wine here, esp since it's cheaper brands of wine that gives you headaches, like Barefoot (7-11 anyone?). This location is only a couple weeks old and they have been jam packed almost every single day so keep that in mind. Service was friendly and they offer specials almost every day of the week (Wednesday is kids night, Thursday is boneless wing night) so we may return for the sole reason that our loud baby can scream all she wants and no one will hear her over the loud atmosphere, which is a plus in my book.
