Burger King

I had been planning all week to take my 2 1/2 year old nephew to the park today. We'd been talking about it and he was so excited!

I woke up this morning to overcast skies and pouring rain. It continued raining all day! When I picked him up this afternoon, he looked at me expectantly and exclaimed, "we go to the pawk, Aunt Sawah!" I could not let his sweet little self down, so the wheels were turning quickly to come up with a good solution.

We ended up coming to this Burger King so he could play on the indoor jungle gym with tunnels and slides. And he was very happy!! We spent over an hour here and he never got bored. There is one slide, but a couple different tunnels and things to climb through. Entertaining and he never missed Valplayso!

The play area seemed clean and was separated from the regular dining area by glass doors, so the kids' noise doesn't disrupt anyone else. There were about 10 other kids playing when we got there, so it seems like other people had the same idea.

I also thought the counter service was very nice. I thought we should order something since we were using their playground, so I got an iced tea for myself and a small chocolate milkshake for Liam. Later, he found a french fry on the ground and before he could eat it(if you know two year olds, you know he was thinking about it!), I offered to buy him his own fries. Both times, the high school age-kids working the counter were very pleasant and our orders, though, easy, were up quite quickly.
