Nope. Never again.
I came here with my husband and in-laws while on vacation for the 4th of July. The manager sat us at our table and was polite and welcoming. Our server, Mike, was also wonderful. Very accommodating and personable. It was a girl named Tina that single-handedly managed to completely shatter any inkling of a good impression the restaurant may have left and completely ruin my 4th of July.
Tina came around to our table the first time to give us plates and didn't say hello or anything. She handed out plates to everybody, and I happened to be sitting on the far side of the table in the corner where she couldn't reach. Rather than walk around the table to where she could reach like any person with common sense would do, she thrust a plate at me from across the table, when I wasn't looking I might add, and said, "here."
A second time, she came to our table with a glass of something and without a word, just looked at us as if she was expecting us to be all smiles and know why she was there. After a second she said, "Sprite?" Nobody at our table ordered a sprite, which we told her, and she just turned and walked away without a word.
She came to our table a third time to give us a salad we had ordered. She very briskly walked over and dropped the salad on the table with a loud thud and turned right around and walked away. Not a word to anybody or a care as to who ordered the salad.
The best part about all of these shenanigans is that I walked past her on my way to the bathroom and observed her talking to customers at her OWN table. Tina was nothing but smiles and sunshine. I later found out that Tina was asked to assist Mike with his tables on whatever he may need help with because he was given several tables at the same time. I've worked in a restaurant as a server before and this is a common request. I have no idea why she was so rude to us from the get go, but she is by far the most rude employee I have ever come across in ANY restaurant that I have ever been to.
The food, though good, was very expensive and overpriced and they really do their best to get their money's worth. This was a poor choice and I hope others will see this review and rethink their options.
The hostess was not welcoming. We asked to sit outside, and she said "no, the outside is full, and it's going to be a long time before it's available." So we sit down inside this step above a pizzeria.  But not before we wipe down the seats because the busboy wiped everything down with a wet dirty rag, but left the bench seats and table wet. No iced tea available. We asked for four waters instead. Later, when others were being served  pitchers of water, we asked for that. Calamari app.  Not bad. Would have been nice if the four of us were given a small plate. We ate out of the dish it was served in. The meals included salad and bread. We received one sliced roll for the four of us instead of one roll per person. I ordered chicken parm.  When I was told it was served with pasta, I asked if I could substitute it with their whole wheat fettucini. Chicken was thin and hard. The bill indicated my 19 dollar chicken was 26.99. Why?  Because there was an up charge of eight dollars for the half cup of fettucini on the side of the chicken. I challenged it, and was told that all substitutions come with a three dollar charge, plus this was the whole wheat, so there's an additional charge. None of which was explained earlier of course.  One app, four meals, four waters. 103 bucks. Never again.
