Carr Vineyards & Winery

Great wine, nice tasting room in a good location.

This was the final stop on the Santa Ynez Valley wine tour. Since we had been visiting vineyards all day, the guide decided end the tour at a wine bar. From the street, the place looks small, but it's the size of a warehouse on the inside. The lighting is dark and romantic and the setup gives the place an interesting feel.

My tastebuds were shot by the time I got here, but I ended buying a bottle of Cabernet anyway. They have some of the largest bottles of vino I've ever seen available for purchase. LOL Of course I've forgotten her name by now, but the wine server was attentive & friendly.

This is a cool place to go if you enjoy tasting red vinos. :-)
