Kitty F, you were given a bourbon and water as per your request, and ice was delivered to you promptly after you asked for it. Therefore your complaint on the service at this restaurant is not founded. Yelp, please train your reviewers to address their restaurant experiences honestly. As for the vegan issue, it seems petty to criticize an individual for honest feedback based on her limited dietary lifestyle.

The wings are damn tasty. They claim they're the best in the world, which may be a stretch, but they are quite good despite being wet style wings.

More important is the atmosphere. It's an awesome little pub that feels good & cozy...where you could pull up a chair and drink for hours if you're that type (And don't have kids). Drenched in local sports memorabilia and local whatnot, it just feels right... and yes, they have the game on, always.  

I'll admit it's a bit townie, but so be it. Can't wait to go back.

Went to Caseys on a friend recommendation. Atmosphere was great for a small pub. Our waitress was very inexperienced and every question we asked her about a menu item we got the same response " I wouldn't know, I am a vegan". After the 3rd or 4 question we asked we realized we were not going to get any kind of answer from her. She came by every 3 minutes to see if we were ready to order. I ordered a bourbon and water and she came back with a shot of bourbon! Although young and inexperienced waitress did make us think twice before returning to Caseys, our overall opinion was the food was good pub food.  Please train your staff to address the questions about food times you offer on your menu. Even if they have never tried the item a simple reply  " the fish tacos are very poplular with our patrons".
