Chavas Mexican Restaurant

I live in Stillwater, and have been consistently disappointed with the Mexican food here.  It seems every Mexican restaurant is either totally bland, overpriced, or generally both.  Then one fine day, friends and I decided to take the scenic route to Tulsa by 51.  We stopped in tiny Yale, Oklahoma for lunch and discovered Chavas, which so far surpasses every Mexican restaurant in Stillwater that I've started making the 25 minute drive out there when I'm craving good Mexican food.  I had the Mexican skillet, which was awesome.  My friend had cheese enchiladas, and they were also delicious.  If only they had horchata, my life would be complete.
