Chilangos

For local, small town Mexican, this is precisely what you'd expect.  The food is consistent with most Mexican restaurants of its genre.  

The staff is so kind and grateful for your business, it makes you want to come back!

This is mediocre Mexican, plain and simple. My tamales reeked of Cisco industrialness. My girlfriend's beef enchiladas used ground beef (or was it kangaroo?) and tasted of cardboard. The chips were not bad, but the salsa tasted like it came from a bottle. On the plus side, the waiter was friendly and attentive.

Pretty good.  There aren't that many restaurants in Smithville, but 4 of them are Mexican.  With that much competition, you just have to do better!
