Rudest phone service from ANY place I've ever called to order for pickup/delivery. Had to call 3 times just to finalize an order. Before I even get to finish the order- all I get is "Ok" and click- I was hung up on. I guess we will find out if the food is worth the rude service over the phone. From what I can gather, they will never get my business again.

Alright... I'm doing it, writing "one of those reviews." I was unhappy, I ordered Beef Lo Mein, because I love the stuff... They didn't use Lo Mein noodles... thin tough noodles are NOT LO MEIN. Naturally I called and complained (normally, I wouldn't but, I REALLY wanted Lo Mein) and it went absolutely nowhere, which is where I expected it to go... Normally their stuff is okay, but not when I want something really simple. Don't ever order Lo Mein from these guys if you really want Lo Mein... because you won't get it, you'll end up with crappy noodles and delicious "other stuff.".... thank god for SRIRACHA! NAPALM THE JUNGLE!

The food is so-so and the guy at the counter is rude. I go there a lot when time is tight since it is just around the corner, but it isn't very good. Everything tastes the same. The guy behind the counter doesn't like to give extra hot mustard for their bland egg rolls.
