Clayton Club Saloon

This old school bar is at times stale in night life tech but makes up for it in Charm. They have a great outside patio with an open bar on the patio so you can get your drinks right there!! There is normally a live band or karoke to interact with. Wednesdays are for the younger crowd and Mondays. Saturdays seems to be the more evenly match night and is nice when you want to take a break from other destinations.

this is the only watering hole in town and they've done their best to monopolize on that. drinks way overpriced, sloppy wannabe cowboy regulars, and the staff won't even let you play pool half of the time. I dig the divey saloon atmosphere though, kinda charming I guess

Not what I would have expected in a Clayton bar - I guess I don't know Clayton like I thought I did. That said, it's still a really cool place. Great drinks and beer. I love when a bar has good bourbon.
Good live music the night we were there.
I don't get why dogs were running around inside, but whatever. I like dogs. Especially dogs that drink.
