Clementine

Loved the black bean burger, it tastes just like a homemade black bean burger I'd make, but the best part is that I didn't have to make it!  
Very artsy & lively inside.  
The chips were good, too!

This review is for Ruby's- which is the outdoor section of Clementine's where we had brunch.

Got a seat outside on Sunday morning for brunch and the atmosphere is just lovely. A covered patio with lots of greenery- everything is spaced out nicely and it's just a nice place to relax in the shade (even if it is 95 degrees at 11am! :)

Their brunch menu is great- not too many options but enough good ones that you have a tough time deciding! I had the Chicken and Flapjacks and they were outrageously good.  Came with a flavored butter (still not sure what the flavor was, but it was good!) and syrup which, of course, I put on everything.  It was just awesome- the chicken was amazing and the pancakes were perfect - no complaints!  My friend got the breakfast burrito which was a good size and she loved it.  We shared a pitcher of mimosas and truly enjoyed our breakfast.

Service was good, she was busy and didn't come around very much but I know how that goes on busy Sunday mornings. Not sure what Clementine's is like inside, but Ruby's is a great spot for brunch/lunch on the patio!

JMU alum who came here for the first time. Delicious food, beautiful restaurant, service was slow and impolite at times. Can grab a drink or two here as wel.
