Constance Wine Room

Good: Talented pianist &  some singers stop in   Some nice quality wines available.

Bad: Seems mostly to be a local meat market for insiders.  Noisy.

A great place to have a glass and a chat. We were waiting for our reservations next door and a friend of ours was waiting at the bar. We walked over and she had glasses of red wine ready for us. We cheers together and enjoyed the live piano music as we talked and gossiped. The ambiance was rustic, mellow and classy. We stood by the bar the entire time, but only stayed for a glass. I saw people sitting at the tables by the window and waiting for tapas - it was busy for a Friday night! I didn't have a chance to check out the menu but I am excited for the next time I am in town.
