Three starts for the pool hall portion of The Wave. The area is HUGE with lots of tables and basically never a wait. The TVs are old and small and terrible so don't think you can play pool and catch a game at the same time. The bar service is inconsistent from the waitresses, but sometimes you get lucky and end up with someone attentive.
Review Source:This place gets two stars for the karaoke, which is fun. That's it. The drinks are lousier than fleas, they only put about half a shot into a glass full of ice and fill the rest up with soda. I actually had to ask the bartender if there was alcohol in it. So unless there's a mighty round of pre-gaming in order for the night, I'd stick to beer when arriving at The Wave.
However, I like that there are booths that are usually open to sit in and that you don't have to go into Boston. It's a fun place to go if you're looking to hang with the peeps for a few drinks (beer only). And who doesn't love karaoke?
The drinks though, yikes!
