  This is a steep three step walk-up. You might want to remember that if you're looking over your shoulder to say good-bye as you step outside.
  The lower walls are painted over original brick with yellow paneled upper walls. The AC is on but none-the-less the six cieling fans are moving. One interesting feature is the old b&w photo circa 1935 of two bartenders and a handful of patrons, listed by name, in the old bar before it expanded to it's present two storefront size. Another is the cloth checkerboard covering one of the tabletops with oversized checkers.
  It's also NASCAR centric with two racing car hoods hanging fron the cieling and a Good Year Tire slick sitting by the west wall. The men's room is painted in graffiti like swirls of dark green, dark, brown, and black over eath tone walls with two tree frog themed metal signs. One is the see no, speak no, and hear no evil of tree frogs and the other is a verticle picture of a whole boatload of tree frogs inhabiting a tree.
  Nifty little no frills country bar.
