Dairy Queen Brazier of Franklin

A standard Dairy Queen, although the building has been updated and is generally pretty clean.  The few times I've been here, I've been waited on by teenagers with deer-in-the-headlights looks who don't appear to be interested in serving customers.  Recently, their credit card machine went down, the teenaged cashier didn't know how to handle it, and the 4 other teenagers that tried to help him never apologized to me or directly told me what was going on.  After my ice cream melted on the counter for several minutes as they tried to figure it out, one of the teenagers said to the cashier, "We should just let her have them [referring to the ice cream]."  I took the ice cream and left before it melted any longer.  The manager has never been visible during any of my visits.  The manager appears to have some employees in desperate need of customer service training or needs to find some employees more interested in serving customers than my experiences have demonstrated.
