Deep Ellum

Deep Ellum is an eff-ing gem and everyone knows it. Is it loud? Yes. Crowded? Mmhmm. A bit toasty is the summer time? Yep.

Does stuffing my face with the best muffaletta I've had outside of Louisiana and slurping down delicious, cold craft beers make it all worth it? Hell yeah.

If you live in Allston/Brighton and have never been here, you may want to re-evaluate your life.

From negronis to beer to their gorgonzola fries. This place provides a suttle and classy feel to a casual bar. This was the first bar i went to in Boston and I left quite satisfied each time. (Except when i brought over a glass filled with a 'hurricane' and was not permitted to enter.. Somewhat understandable, yet nevertheless a hindrance towards my goals for the night)

Drinks were wonderful but everyone who worked there was very moody including bouncers.  Would go back for cool environment and tasty drinks - not service.
