Diamondback Grill

Great food with a lot of choices.  There were so many choices it was hard to decide and the food we had was outstanding.  It was nice to see a good variety of beers as well.

My family had dinner here last night. The food was great. My table mountain burger was tasty and cooked to perfection. The accompanying garlic fries were fantastic - highly recommended!  My wife had the skirt steak and the kids had the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich and asian ribs. They liked them and i had to agree after sampling them myself!  They have a wine bar next door and recommend wine pairings with their entrees. I ordered the recommended local wine, as did my wife, and we were both pleasantly surprised at how good the wine and the pairing was.

The place was cute though a bit loud, but having two kids we're used to a little noise at dinner time. The only thing that keeps this from being five stars is that the front doors would not close completely - even when assisted one would stand ajar a foot or so - allowing the flys to come in dine with the patrons. Seems like an easy fix

All in all though a great dining experience for the whole family!

Ummm...burgers are ooo-k, didn't like the pre-made store patty. Doesn't work well to make a medium rare burger.  My burger was like mush...too bad I was excited to try my burger. Good thing my Garlic Fries were YUM!
