Good beer/wine, consistently disgusting food and DIRTY, DIRTY!

We have been coming here on and off for years, from back when it was Stuft Pizza, then into its new incarnation as Draughts.  As long as we stuck with pizza it was usually OK, but every time we tried sandwiches or entrees, YUCK.  We gave it another try last week and both got sick.

Let's start with the carpet.  Even though it's been Draughts for almost 3 years, the same filthy, duct tape-repaired, worn carpet remains.  Someone mentioned this in review over 3 months ago, and it's still there, mouldering.  Customers -- LOOK DOWN AT THE CARPET when you walk into this place!  While we waited for our drinks, I looked closely at it -- EEEWWW!!!  dirty, dusty, with ancient food ground into it, worn through in spots, and duct tape holding it together the length of the dining room.  We probably should have just left. I wish we had.

The beer was good - the one high point - and my HH wine decent.  It went downhill after that. The menus were filthy, sticky and food crusted.  A very spacey waiter took our food order.  When it arrived, the chicken wrap my husband ordered had turned into a tuna salad sandwich on toast.  Not even close!  He should have sent it back but we were pressed for time, so decided to eat it.  Bad decision - he ate a few bites and realized it had turned.  My personal pizza was prepared as ordered, but it was just inedible - the sliced meatballs on it were totally disgusting, dried out and rancid tasting.

The manager did come by and comp my pizza, after explaining that he personally likes their meatballs, even though "they are made elsewhere and pre-cooked in advance".  O-kay.  (The last time we were there, I ordered a chicken sandwich that was so over-spiced/peppered that I could not eat it.  That time, the manager also came by, comped it, and made excuse that "we make it up it huge batches in advance so it probably got too much pepper.  It tastes fine to me.")  Despite eating only a few bites each, we both felt ill the rest of the evening.

We like to support local restaurants that aren't chains, but Draughts is off the list permanently.  Eat here at your own risk.  A restaurant that won't even replace their filthy, ancient carpet -- that all customers can actually SEE -- won't care what is going on in the kitchen.

Went to their Sam Adams "Tap Takeover" and had a blast. The food was really good! We loved the selection of beers and full bar. The band was also a lot of fun and entertaining. A great place to go if you are looking to get out and try something new. Beer lovers need to try this place. So many beers on tap. Try the strawberry beer! Yum!

So here's the deal: I recently celebrated a milestone birthday at Draught's with about 30 of my closest friends (including kids!).  It's always a delight for me to see my friends enjoying the company of friends (both old and new), good food, and a fantastic selections of beers served in an unpretentious and friendly environment.  To sample a "little bit of everything", some of my esteemed guests ordered the "flight of beer" so that they could decided on what they wanted to order "for the evening".  Hands down popular selection was Firestone-Walker's DBA (Double-Barrel Ale).  The service was quick and the servers VERY patient with my rambunctious guests!  The pizza was good, the buffalo wings delectable - I just wish I could eat and talk at the same time without being rude.  Whether you're looking to take in a game, grab a bite of lunch, dinner with family, Draughts should be on your list.  How would Draught's get the last star on my rating?  Karaoke night and maybe a small sushi bar area!  But nonetheless, I will still say "I LOVE THIS BAR!"

Going to keep it short and sweet. Wonderful happy hour with an outstanding selection of beers on tap. Best in the area by far with "tap takeovers" and live music.

Food is filling and reasonably priced.

Will always be a local spot for me and my employees to go after a long day at work. Hope this place sticks around. The local spot that a city like Thousand Oaks needs.

My wife & I went for the first time and was pleasantly surprise with the food (pizza), was good.  Not a big fan of micro- brews but has a full bar if beer isn't your choice.  The service was very good, friendly and very much customer service oriented, something that is lacking more often these days, thank you.  Atmosphere is pretty good with a sports bar type feel with televisions all over the place.

I would definitely go back, want to try their wings, to meet up with friends or family for socializing.  It definitely beats it's competition (Hooters) across the street!

I'm kind of surprised this place has a solid 4 stars.  And I'm BLOWN away that they haven't fixed the flooring.  I was kind of a regular here many years ago when it was Stuft Crust Pizza.  Then I moved a few miles west and found a couple new places to watch TV and eat/drink.  So when I heard the name had changed to Draughts, and I saw the 4-star Yelp rating, I figured some other things must have changed too.  But aside from some new TVs and the disappearance of the little game room in the back, it's the exact same place with the exact same HIDEOUS dark green carpet with gaffers tape holding it down at the seams.

Yesterday I had the beer sampler, and it was really good.  I especially liked the Amber and the Hefeweizen.  I was really disappointed that it was served at room temperature.  Seriously, it wasn't even kind of cold.  And because of the all-glass front wall of the building, it's always too hot in the bar.  Cold beer would have been nice.

My husband had the poke, which he really liked a lot.  Then he ordered wings and was very disappointed.  He said they tasted like they were precooked, and then covered in sauce and nuked.  Too bad.  We're still searching for great wings in the Conejo Valley.

I might try the pizza here in the future, but if I am served a warm beer again, I'll never come back.

So far I have only ordered out from this restaurant. Initially I wasn't thrilled though I knew it had potential. I had a great lasagna, portion was kinda small for its price. The wings were expensive and lacked sauce. Though unhealthy, they should be deep fried at this price. Meetball hero was perfect. I have had pizza, great pizza! Shrimp scampi was totally lacking sauce, disappointing. And the last time around I had a cob salad, my friend tried the New Orleans chicken and shrimp....absolutely delicious! Tried the wings again, lets just say, I think I'll need to try a different flavor, maybe chili and lime. My other friend had the meatball hero, even bigger and better this time around!

All in all this place is good. Could be great, eventually! And someday soon, I'll have to have a beer, I hear they're quite friendly...at least the lady taking my order was!

I don't even live near here but the brewery is amazing and Happy Hours on Friday nights are from 9PM-midnight and that's a great deal! $10 for a pitcher of their best beer! The service is spectacular and a great vibe! It's not too crowded but at the same time, a wonderful crowd. I will definitely be back as much as I can.

Draughts equals great draft beers and a decent lineup of food.  The house brews are brewed for them by Firestone Walker, but they have a great lineup of guest microbrews from all around including favorites like Racer 5, Port Brewing, Green Flash, Ballast Point, and Stone.  They also have some local brews from Ventura and San Luis Obispo.  I enjoyed the GABF gold medal winning Tap It IPA and the Black IPA from Surf Brewery.  I wish they would allow beer flights of the guest brews so you could try out a couple of more.  The food menu includes soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta and pizzas.  I enjoyed the Minestrone soup and side chopped Italian salad and an individual pizza.  The pizza was thicker crust and overall pretty good (not great, but better than famous chains - e.g. PHut, Doms).  If in the area, I would definitely come back.

Football, football, football!!!  Tons of TVs and they will put any game you want. The beer selection is probably the best around. Maybe 20-30 beers on tap. Great happy hour. The pizza is really good, however the rest of the menu is average.

This place has some good beers on tap. Wished they rotated their taps with new beers more often. I can always get a good IPA but hubby loves the darker beers and they don't have too many stouts on tap. Was pleasantly surprised by their pesto pizza. Very yummy! Only down side is it looks like a pizza place. It would be much nicer if it had a larger separate bar. I hate drinking a beer on the pizza parlor seating when the bar is full.

Nice neighborhood sports bar / restaurant spot. The happy hour is generally 25% off drinks and appetizers. Their beer selection is pretty vast compared to other bars (this was a plus for my male partners).

    So here's what iordered:
Cosmo at $6 for kettle one was good.
The sampler plate was good enough to feed four people -- everything looked fried from, the chicken wings to the raviolis.
I ordered the ahi salad, which was just ok. The salad needs a little more veggie selection. And the dressing was a little bland.
Overall, this place was acceptable spot for TO -- not too packed either.

The best part of Draughts is the staff... Manager Jaime is the top beer-wench - my very, very favorite beer-wench of all time, as a matter of fact. I live in India now...but I always make sure to schedule a visit to Draughts when I get home for a visit. Food is really good, portions are huge and you get your money's worth. Beer selection is...well...it's good. It's adequate for a night of quaffing. Not enough variety for my tastes (I'm pretty much a complete beer-geek and I like a lot of taps to choose from)...if the beer list was just a bit longer...five-stars for sure. Love me some Draughts!

    This place was GREAT!!!!!

Our youth football team had just played at Thousand Oaks High school and was looking for a place to celebrate our Win! WE called Draughts and they were able to clear a large area for us. It was the middle of the day on Satruday and we walked in with 60 people, not only was the staff Awesome but they allowed us to split our bills!

Our family ordered the Sampler Platter and the Ahi Tuna Poke Stack (BEST MEAL EVER) and a few TASTY BEERS...ALL WERE FANTASTIC!!!

THANK YOU DRAUGHTS!!! WE will be back!!!

One other yelper compared this place to being a mild-mannered version of BJ's. I have to disagree with that. Sure, the pizza isn't Chicago style... let alone all that good, to be honest with you. In fact, the pizza is really nothing to write home about - But that doesn't mean that you're in for a bad meal here.

Why no, how can you be when you have some amazing good beer by your side.

This is how it goes from being a mild-mannered version of BJ's and is its own thing. I think the two shouldn't be in the same ball park when being compared. For one, this is a thin crust pizza. I have my preference for deep dish, but that's personal preference.

What i do know is that this place's beer selection is far better than BJ's could ever be. And that's no knock on BJ's. I actually think their beers are fairly decent for what it is. But Draughts has many special events that have breweries take over their taps and serve up everything they have to offer.

This seems like an all too common thing with Draughts and if you're into craft beer, the stuff they're pouring will make you jump like Cheaptimes finding out the pregnancy test is a negative.

Not into craft beer? Why not take a sampler flight - they offer them here and it'll be a great way to tell what you like and dislike in the world of beer that isn't cranked out in hundred gallon tanks and shipped off to every liquor store around.

All in all, the beer makes this place the special unique snowflake that it truly is.

Best place in the Thousand Oaks area for craft brews.  The Owners (Raj & TJ) have been able to get great beers that most beer lovers would enjoy.  They also serve some great affordable wines.

Great drinks (served and made by Jaime and Mike) coupled with great food and a lot of TVs covering every sporting event makes for well deserved getaway.

    Try their thin crust pizza!

Great spot for Monday night football.  Great selection of beers with 2-3 IPA's on deck.  Plenty of TV's and the food is good (had onion rings and personal pepperoni pizza).  TJ, one of the owners, is super cool & knows what he's doing.  I'll definitely be back.

To me, this is a mild-mannered version of BJ's.  I think BJ's gets the nod for decor and even food quality, but this isn't a bad second place, either.  Everyone talks about their wings, pizza and beer, of which, we got none of those selections, so perhaps, the thing to do is get one or more of those next time.  What we did get were (side) salads....hubby got a caesar, and I got a Greek salad.....homemade viniagrette dressing on mine, which was quite good.  Good feta cheese, kalamata olives, cucumber and tomato ratio to the amount of lettuce.  All ingredients were fresh.  For our entrees, my husband got a cheese calzone, while I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on foccacia bread.  It kind of reminded me of the sandwich I get at Urbane Cafe, but honestly, this one wasn't as flavorful.  It was spicy, which I wasn't expecting nor wanting, but it wasn't hard-hitting on the flavor.  Spicy doesn't mean flavorful.  Don't get me wrong, though, there was some flavor, lots of ingredients that I like, so overall, it was decent enough.  While the fries tasted good, I like dipping them in Ranch dressing, but when I ordered some, I didn't like the taste....it wasn't that great homemade taste; it was definitely pre-made from a bottle, which never works for me.  I just didn't eat the fries....not like I need them or anything.  My husband liked his calzone, but he wasn't raving, either.  Most of Draught's dishes seemed to offer Italian style dishes, so we ordered some of their garlic cheese bread as an appetizer.  Unfortunately, it didn't come out till we were halfway done with our meal, and honestly, it was not good.  My chicken sandwich had more garlic pieces on it, not to mention, garlic flavor, than the garlic bread did.  It was just not good.  Ix-nay on the garlic bread for future reference.

What was really good about this place was their TV coverage....every which way you turn, there's a TV to watch, and they have different sporting events going, so it's not all the same thing.  Lots of booths or tables with comfortable chairs to kick back, relax, drink some beer (if that be your fancy), and eat food.

We came here on a Sunday for lunch because it was near our hotel and we wanted to watch sports. When we got there we sat at the bar. The male server did not know about the beers that were on tap and they were out of some of the ones we wanted. Then the female server came and took our order. We ordered tuna melt, and minestrone soup with wedge salad. The wedge salad was very bitter and it tasted old, it was not even a wedge. It was slapped together. No wonder nobody was in the place. I would not return here or recommend it anyone. At least we found a great wine store next door.

I'm not really a fan of sports bar type restaurants, but this place was all right.  My husband enjoyed the plethora of beer that they serve on tap; so many options!

We ordered the black and tan onion rings, and those were delightful!  They serve it with their house ranch dressing, which is quite possibly (and randomly) the best ranch I have ever had.

We also had a pizza, the Draughts Special (basically a supreme pizza).  It was DELISH.  We had the original crust (they also have thin crust), and it was perfectly baked with a nice crunch to it on the bottom.  The vegetable toppings were obviously fresh and crispy, not sad and soggy.  The pepperonis were tasty, the pizza was perfectly sauced, and I enjoyed every bite (I dipped some of the bites in that tasty ranch!).

The servers were friendly but incredibly slow, which almost makes up for the unappealing fast food atmosphere and the uncomfortable broken booth seats.  I'd come back just for the pizza, but I may get carry out.

Draught's has some of the best wings I have ever had. Let me just warn you though, the "hot as hell" wing flavor is the spiciest thing I have ever tasted in my life and it literally gave me a pounding headache. There less spicy flavors though are delicious. Their pizza is also very good as well. I cant really think of any food items that I don't enjoy from here.

The one bad thing I can say about this is place is that their customer service isn't the best. Sometimes the staff can be rather slow and not too friendly but it has never really created TOO much of a problem.

They also have a million TV's and are always showing all the games which is great for any avid sports fan!

My brother came home from work begging I go with him to this place for some wings and beer because of their everyday 3 pm - 6 pm happy hour. I obliged. We got their around 5:30 and the place was pretty empty, which was to be expected on a Tuesday.

Sat down at a table of our choice and was quickly presented with menus and utensils. They had plenty of beer to choose from and from draft to bottled and also had a nice small bar that could accommodate about a dozen at most. Plenty of TVs to choose from as well, which was nice.

We ordered two beers and got ourselves an order of 'Hot-as-Hell' wings. The waiter came quickly with our drinks and the wings soon thereafter.

The beer was great and wings looked delicious once they got to the table. Presented on a big plate with celery and carrot sticks came our 16 wings. The wings were topped with sesame seeds and to my chagrin, chopped carrots. But they weren't that big a deal and didn't really ruin the taste.

After about 3-4 wings I definitely got the 'Hot-as-Hell' feeling in my mouth, perhaps some of the spiciest wings I've ever had. You can choose from 3 spice levels, BBQ, and one other which I forget.

The bill was around $20 which was great for two tall beers and a plateful of wings.

This was my first time here and I definitely see myself going again. It was a neat sporty atmosphere and it's probably a nice place for you and your buddies to grab some dinner if your local team is playing that night.

Overall, great beer, great wings, great experience.

    Best happy hour in TO!

Draughts has the best happy hour in Thousand Oaks. Excellent  house brews and great selection of guest beers. The Stix are so good and so cheap! Highly recommended!

Edit: I realized after the fact that I should have re-reviewed instead of editing - I don't have the original text anymore but basically we had a poor experience with a delivery order but Raj made it right by doing just what he said he'd do. Excellent customer service!

This place definitely seems to be the hot spot for sports and happy hour as well as a nice place for a family to go and eat at.  The restaurant was clean, big and had a flat screens everywhere!!! I think I counted like 18..

I don't drink but they have a huge bar with all different beers so I'm sure it's beer drinkers paradise. The owners are super friendly and they definitely take care of their customers. Oh and the owner was telling me that they have Happy Hour from 3-6pm everyday!!! WOWW!

I couldn't decide between the appetizers, sandwich, pizza and pasta cuz everything sounded so delicious so I decided to go with the Chicken Tequilla pasta. I'm sooo glad I did..the portion was hugeee, it was piping hot and the creamy jalapeno sauce was delicioussss. The chicken was just the right amount, they weren't cheap about the chicken at all unlike some other places that give you like four pieces of chicken.  I was sooo stuffed I couldn't even eat it all took it to go and had it the next day still tasted the same and was mmm mmmm good.

I wish I lived in Thousand Oaks cuz I would be going to Draughts everyday!!! This place has sooo much on their menu I can't wait to go back to try something new.

2 thumbs up in my book!! :)

Everything but the kitchen sink Pizza...with anchovies... is freakin' awesome!!! The crust on the pizza is PERFECT! Not too thick, not too thin (I'm not a huge thin crust pizaa fan - I like bread). Crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. (comparable to Bottleworks in Ventura). And they pile on the toppings - they're not cheap when it comes to the toppings. Every time we crave pizza, we come here.

And the root beer is too good for words!! Definitely save some room for that!

I'm so lucky to be living in a part of the country... no WORLD that not only understands good pizza, but good beer.  They have great, tasty, strong beers on tap.  Lots of IPAs, lagers and ales, plus guest beers from places like Stone and Firestone.

Pizzas were dripping with toppings and professionally made.  TVs all around.  Wish they had a bit more decoration on the outside to help publicize their place a bit more, but sure can't beat them for what you get.

Our waitstaff was professional and friendly.  Totally making this my new after-work spot

Been going here since it was Stuff Pizza and it is much improved. This is the place I go with friends from work (their choice) once every two weeks or so. The new owners are great, service is always fantastic. I find the food to be terrible though, like pizza hut quality processed meats and frozen vegetables. I always regret ordering food because I feel like crap afterward, but it's hard to drink some beers without a foundation right? Call me stubborn.

The beer is where they shine. They have done an excellent job of incorporating massive amounts of local beers and other craft beers into their rotation. They have something new every week guaranteed. Even now, New Belgium Dig on tap? Oh man that man that makes me so happy.

Four stars for the beer selection and service, but the food can't break even and pulls me back.

We went here for a friend's b-day gathering, and really enjoyed the pizzas they offer. I had one called the Boss Hog???...or something like that, and it was probably the worst thing you should eat, but it tasted delicious! Hahaha!

The service was a bit on the blah side, but it's a good place to just grab a pizza and some beer and watch a game on one of their many TV's.

So maybe I should have trusted my buddy Troy H. and had the pizza because the other tables around us seemed to be enjoying their pizzas.

I decided to have Draughts wings, half buffalo and half BBQ. The wings were ok like most oven baked wings are. The buffalo wings had a pretty good kick but could have used some "crunch". The BBQ wings were nothing special because the sauce was thick and overpowering. The lady had chicken strips and apparently they were like most other chicken strips from most restaurants.

I think I like to comeback again and try one of their pizzas ("Everything but the kitchen sink" sounds like an adventure in my mouth...TWSS). Maybe then I'll have people looking over at my table wondering why they didn't order the pizza.

Beer and Pizza right? What more do you need after a great hike with the PHPs! The place is an awesome sports bar. Multiple LCD's, multiple games, and beer galore. Kevin C and myself decided on Everything... But The Kitchen Sink Pizza. This bad boy has pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, bacon, salami,
fresh mushrooms, black olives, red onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, pineapple, and extra cheese. You can wash it down with a Draughts Porter. Lets just say we destroyed that puppy like bears in a forest on a picnic run. There was no need for them to wash the plates because Kevin and I took care of it.
They have other items that range from Calzones, Wraps, Breakfast Quesadillas, and a beer to go with each one.

Great happy hour here as well.

Parking is an non issue as its in a mini mall.

Service was great. The server was sporting a Lamar Odom Jersey so much respect!

We had a pre-class reunion party here on Friday, August 19th.

Excellent appetizers! The pizza was fantastic - I tried the Margherita. We also had the Cajun Seared Ahi and the Ahi Tuna Poke Stack. Just delicious! (Another poster said this was typical bar fare - well, I must have been to some especially cruddy bars in the past since this to me was above average. Never had tuna at a bar before.)

The waitstaff was outstanding. They were helpful, intelligent and receptive to our needs. Drinks were promptly refilled. When the ladies' room ran out of toilet paper, someone was there to immediately address that need.

I'm coming here again with my boyfriend. I highly recommend the food and service. They have a full bar as well.

    A pleasant, not dreary ambiance.

Five stars for food and service. I'd say not bad at all for a bar.

Having recently moved from the East Coast, I was looking for a sports bar with good beer selection.  I went to Draughts because they advertised a good beer selection.  Even though they had some variety, I would say that this is not a beer-lover's venue.

As far as the sports-bar part is concerned, they had a ton of great TVs, which was awesome.  But instead of running it like a sports bar with food, it's more like a family restaurant with TVs.  It's really uncomfortable to be a rowdy fan when you're surrounded by families with children.

Overall, I think this place is trying to do two things at once and screwing them both up.  They have good pizza, but I think they should remove some dining tables, put in some pool tables and a dart board and focus on being the best sports bar around.

    Just my opinion....

Well - It's not Stuff Pizza any longer.  It is now Draughts Restaurant & Bar.

Same good food, More HD screens to watch the sports on, and best of all, MORE types of beer and ales on tap, And MUGs again!.  For the people that enjoy a glass of wine or something stronger, they now have a full bar. And on occasion there is Live Entertainment.

Raj and Taj have done a good job of updating and improving the old place.  Repainted, new TVs, etc.  Nightly specials also. I've been going there for over 10 years, and the service and good beers have only gotten better!

HAPPY HOUR 7 DAYS A WEEK!!!!! 3-6pm. I mean nothing gets better than that.

Plus, it's a decent happy hour. 50% off all beer (including pitchers) and wine plus 25% off appetizers. I came here with some friends for a get together and ordered quite a bit of stuff. 2 pitchers of beer, bruschetta, fried ravioli, a huge plate of wings and a large supreme pizza for about $60. It would have been a lot cheaper sans the pizza which was 20-something dollars.

I thought most of the food was good. I would have liked the bread to be a little crunchier for the bruschetta and the wings were pretty standard. The pizza was good, but definitely not worth the hefty price tag. I honestly would still prefer Costco pizza.

As a happy hour joint, I would give it 5 stars, but for food I give it 3 stars. Hence, the 4-star rating.

BTW...if the next review sounds a little familiar (Rochelle's), thats because she was part of my group =). HI ROCHELLE!!!

Uh-oh.  I don't know what happened today, but there must have been a new cook.

My usual favorite dish, the Chicken Porcini Fettuccini, was watery and bland.  My beau ordered his usual favorite dish, the Pollo Parmesan, but the chicken was overcooked and MISSING the parmesan cheese (thus relegating this dish to just Pollo).

Minus one star because of today's lunch fluke.  I'm going to write it off as a lone occurrence and hope things are back to normal on my next visit.

Back in Chicago, we do stuffed pizza a little different from Stuft. We couldn't figure out what was with the weird shape until we started eating it and realized they'd made a normal pan pizza and flipped one half over the other. It was awesome -- I thought uniqueness was outlawed in Thousand Oaks, but apparently not.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about the pizza. The crust was the standout, but the cheese was great, too, and just the consistency as your teeth sink through. They do more than just pizza, and I wouldn't call them cheap, but they have some lunch specials and good happy hour specials that might do the trick.

The atmosphere's good, as are things like the furniture, but it's not fancy. This is a place that sells pizza and beer, but for what they're selling, it fits like a glove.

They deliver beer.  Need I say more?

All in all I really do like Stuft Pizza.  I wouldn't say they have amazing food but  they have a killer lunch special and when I want more than just basic pizza delivered, I call them up!

They do seem to be a little TOO obsessed with mozzarella though.
    * Meat lasagna: couldn't finish it for the overabundance of chewy mozzarella.
    * Chopped salad with chicken: delicious but with too much shredded mozzarella.
    * Stuffed Stix: Outer pieces are good but when you get to the center...you guessed it, too much mozzarella!

    Things I generally order are:
    * Traditional Stuft Stix served with a side of marinara and a side of ranch...super-tasty when you mix them for dipping
    * Chopped Salad with chicken (it's delicious, I usually just have to take off some of the extra cheese) with the Italian vinegarette on the side
    * Popcorn chicken, Popcorn shrimp or Calamari fritta
NOTE: For the fried items, I usually put them under the broiler to crisp them up again because they get a little moist during delivery.

The "extras" that you get when they deliver can be a little inconsistent.  For instance:
Sometimes I get French bread when I order the salad/pasta, sometimes I don't.
Sometimes I get butter when they give me French bread, sometimes I don't.
Sometimes I get utensils and napkins, sometimes I don't.
Sometimes I get packets of saltines with my beer, sometimes I don't.
Sometimes I get lemon wedges with my Heffie, sometimes I don't.
Sometimes they forget part of my order but most of the time they don't.

These are all such small things and usually I'm just so grateful to have my beer delivered that I let it slide.  You see, generally I order the beer when we've run out of whatever alcohol we had and are too tipsy to run to the store for more so by the time to beer arrives, I'm willing to forgive a lot!

Oh and just so you know: If you call up and ask Hefeweitzen there's a good chance they'll ask, "The wheat beer, right?".  And don't forget to request lemon wedges.
