My husband, Ben, and I held our reception at The Edgeworth Club this past August and we could not have asked for a better experience. Â The club itself is beautiful and elegant without feeling stuffy. Â We were able to host a gorgeous reception, but still open up the dance floor to a huge party after dinner. Â Jason and the staff at Edgeworth were nothing short of incredible. Â They were extremely easy to work with and so accommodating at every step in the planning process. Â Jason was open to any ideas we had and worked quickly to make everything happen. Â He was helpful and always available without being overbearing. Â He made every effort to make our night perfect through the entire planning process and it completely showed that night. Â The timing on the night of the reception was totally on- as soon as our toasts had ended the salads were coming through the doors- our guests never had to wait for food. Â Chef Jeff did an amazing job with the food- from the cocktail hour to the sliders & nachos during the after party- I have never been to a wedding where the food through the whole evening was so delicious. Â He was great and worked with us directly to make sure we had exactly what we wanted served that night. Â PLUS-we spoke to our guests for at least five or ten minutes after our food was served and when were returned to our seats our meals were still hot. Â Chef Paul was also incredible to work with. Â The pastries were wonderful and he even had miniature pavlova's shipped in from New Zealand to honor Ben's heritage. Â Our wedding cake was gorgeous and so, so delicious; our guests haven't stopped raving about it. Â The entire wait staff that night was so nice and helpful- they really treated our guests well. Â Basically- there is nowhere else we could have possibly wanted to hold our wedding reception. Â Jason and everyone else made our night absolutely perfect and we will treasure our wedding reception for the rest of our lives.
