we went there for dinner last night. It was the day before Mother's day, so I did expect it to be busy. STILL they packed as many tables in as they could, with the distinct flavor of" we want to make as much money as possible" as opposed to "we want to oblige all these people wanting to dine with us". The chairs backed into other people, so unless you planned to sit until the resturant closed, you were going to hit another person just to get in and out of your seat. as i was takiing my coat off one guy came to put garlic oil in my plate but no one else's, and the waitress asked if we knew what we wanted to drink. mind you i hadn't even sat down yet. not even 3 minutes passed and she was back asking the same question. At this point i COULD have looked at the menu, but i was overwhelmed with the CROWD and the NOISE and the BUSTLING of everyone trying to maneuver through the tiny spaces left betwen tables. i was mesmerized by the waitress who had to have patrons get up form their seats so she could pass by to deliver food at the NEXT table over. it was like a freak show. The waitress then left us alone for 10 minutes before coming back to take our drink order. at this point i had asked random bus boys for a booster seat for my son 4 times. I said to her" it doesn't seem liek anyone has the time for us today" to which she took offense and said"you said you'weren't ready to place your drink orders so i left you alone" as if thats the first order of business. we had two children, both small, clearly a family needs to get situated before ordering. i was LIVID.  my sweetheart, being a gentleman, had to get up twice, once for a woman to pass to go to the restroom, again when she came back. Moving on to the food, he enjoyed his lasgane very much. I had the cheese and asparagus ravioli which was over cooked and i woudl never order again. we also had a caprese salad which was very mediocre. I expected MUCH better from a non-chain family run place. We won't go back..

Went here with my husband for lunch. The artwork was interesting. The service was ok, our waitress forgot to put in our appetizer. So I was bummed about that. The Gnocci was just okay. It was a little over cooked and the serving size was small. My husband ordered the baked penne and he received twice the serving I had. The women next to us ordered the lasagna and I heard them talking about how delicious it was.
I probably will never return to find out though.

The waiters were excellent, and the ambiance was very nice (formal enough for a nice date). However, the food was forgettable and boring. In particular, the entree (penne arrabiata) tasted very much like something I'd spend 10-15 minutes mindlessly preparing. For $20-30/person, I'd recommend Biaggi's or Amore Mio instead. Alternately, for $10/person, Pastabilities has better food (although a very informal ambiance).
