A four star pizza place with five star service, Eshticken is worth checking out!

We showed up for lunch to give it a whirl, as I've been in my pizza craze lately... and this place was recommended by a friend who said they have a gluten free/carb free crust made of chicken!  Yes, you read that right ,chicken.  Here's the skinny:

Might meat pizza, regular crust:  Lots of meats, lots of flavor, easily a very tasty pizza.

White pizza, regular crust:  While I tend to think ricotta is bland, the garlic in the toppings helps bring out some good flavors and the creaminess is just right.  A great combination that is unexpected...

Crust:  The crust is good, with an appropriate crunch, enough character to hold up the toppings, and the cornicione is more crisp than airy.

Philly steak, chicken crust:  The philly steak is good, lot of generous toppings, and is an interesting combination.  The chicken crust is definitely something very original and unexpected.  Overall, the chicken crust is okay, as it serves more of a delivery vehicles for the nice toppings they have here.  There's a nice crispness to the chicken on the edges which unforunately doesn't carry over to the areas where the pizza has toppings on it.  And with an all protein crust, I was surprisingly MUCH fuller than expected, given that the pizza isn't huge.  Much props for delving into the world of non-gluten non-carb, as it's challenging to deliver a pizza that's in that realm.  (i've tried making my own with cauliflower and almond crust, both just don't do pizza justice).  The owner readily admits that the crust will likely never replace the delicious of real dough, but for those looking to eat healthier or with gluten allergies, this is a pretty damn good alternative.

Yelp bonus:  Check in on Yelp, and get some free garlic knots!  So much for carb free, but honestly, these were SPECTACULAR.  Soft and garlicy, the knots were ridiculously addictive and packed with flavor.  Sooooo goood.... and this is why my wife and I have cheat meals from our Paleo diet... because some things are too delicious to give up.

Mohammed Ali (the owner) was super friendly, came to check in on us, and even talked shop with me for awhile about where he gets his ingredients, how opening a small business is like, etc.  Great staff, great owner, great experience.

Verdict:  We'll come back to check out the other dishes soon!

The first two times i ate here everything was very good and fresh.  The last time not so much.  I basically get the same thing every time which is zero carb crust pizza, the crust was amazing as usual but there wasn't enough sauce and the cheese had kind of a funk to it.  on the plus side i tried the Parmesan chicken wings and they were amazing.  i will definitely go back and hope for a better visit!

Squeaky clean, lower carb & sugar choices plus a No Carb crust choice, NOT over salted like most pizza, Eshticken is a pizza place to try.

Yes, we had TWO groupon expiring, called ahead and they had our regular (not the no carb) veggie pizza ready JUST LIKE we asked, Crispy. And it was perfect. Medium crust, but with a crunch on the bottom (crispy helps) and it was delicious. Nice romaine garden salad fed two and there are some non soft drink unsweetened choices in a black/green tea bar that was nice. The Garlic Knots ARE good, what's not to like about very tasty baked pizza dough and garlic butter? The Knots came with some pastasauce/crushed tomatoes that were refreshingly not oversweetened or salty.
Some really nice touches there like grinder sea salt and pepper, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sort of a 50's pizza diner feel with some high tables that I prefer and a lot of glass.

The owner did give us a sample of the non-carb pizza and the crust is made (somehow) from CHICKEN white meat! Really interesting, and a great choice for the gluten free club, I may try it again sometime on one of the whiter pizzas like OMG mushroom. The No Carb is skinny, and they say it really fills you up because it is largely protein. $14-16 in the regular pizza gives you a medium 14" pizza with 6 or 7 interesting combos, that can feed 3-4 people plus you can of course customize. A fair price for the quality imo. No alcohol, only open until 9pm. Lots of drinks nearby.

Eshticken means whatever you want it to mean I guess, we think it means a healthier pizza than most and we are FANS. The $5 Tuesday Calzones look Amazing. Try it.

Update: We tried the OMG Mushroom pizza, regular crust also crispy and liked it as well. The owner has been present both times, and makes sure everything is right.
We also had some DELICIOUS "mother-in-law's recipe" Rice Pudding. Try THAT. Just do it.

Best. Chicken. Sandwich. Ever. The moistness of the chicken, the breading, and the quality of the bun. Wow! And then there are fries. You NEED to try the fries. Crazy good!

Amazing pizza! My husband & I took our 4 children and my parents here for lunch on Sat afternoon & were really impressed...the pizza was so fresh & the toppings & cheese were bursting with flavor. The homeade sausage is by far the BEST we've ever tasted. This place shouldn't just be known for its zero carb crust (which was also a huge hit for us!) but also for its traditional pizza! We will definitely be visiting this place again soon, as well as bringing out of town guests to enjoy too.

I was going to originally give this place 3.5 stars, but the costumer service was beyond normal.

The food is good, but i live far, so i won't be going back soon and the prices are a bit high also.  But i would recommend it.

We went on a Friday night on a Groupon and ordered the veggie pizza. Granted that ours wasn't the no carb crust, but it was very sub par... flavorless and not very good. On top of that, the girl behind the counter was extremely unwelcoming! It was just a bad experience overall. We will definitely not be returning.

Having heard of Eshticken from a lot of people, I was excited to finally try them out. The calzones are mouthwatering and delicious. If I wasn't with a group of friends, I probably woulda licked the plate clean. The white pizza and Philly cheesesteak pizza are both so tasty as well and there are layers of flavor: with the fresh veggies and the different cheeses used on the pizza. Can't wait to go back for some of the best pizza Chicago has to offer!

This was my first time trying the Zero-Carb pizza crust...it was delicious. My veggies were fresh and the meat was also good. Only concern...I didn't have a lot of pizza sauce. I'll have to ask about that next time. I will be returning!

Service was superb. Food was pretty good. Loved the crispy chicken wings they had. Got them in garlic parmesan (seasoned) and they were crisp to the tee! Also had the 8-inch veggie pizza and 8-inch buffalo chicken pizza. The veggie pizza was legit...I think it needed more veggies though. We also had the garlic knots...garlic galore! I could still taste the garlic in my mouth as I'm typing this. For dessert, we got the rice pudding. It wasn't too sweet but not too bland. Pretty good! It started to get busy around 5pm. Place was clean but cold. Overall, 4 stars in my book.

I went to Eshticken tonight after hearing about them a few times online, seeing the Groupon, etc. I didn't buy the Groupon because it is unfortunately only for the traditional flour crust and I am a little bit crazy about following the low-carb diet thing.

The fact that they have the ground chicken based crust option was exciting. I was admittedly skeptical, but I figured to give it a shot because goddammit, I just didn't want another salad or vegetable/meat plate for dinner. Again.

I ordered the vegetable single serve pizza (onion, green pepper, spinach, mushroom and olive) on the zero crust for takeout. They gave me a 30 min wait time (Friday night around 6:30) and it was ready on time. The crust was like a flatbread which was amazing.. I have tried to make various low carb breads and crackers and things and can never achieve a good texture. This was suspiciously perfect - it was reminiscent of bacon, particularly around the edges. Nice and crunchy with a decent flavor. I would have used more seasoning myself but it was still good.

I wouldn't say this is a good date night restaurant or anything. It is a very casual pizza joint, located in the strip mall...but for take-out the quality was awesome. It was a little bit more pricey than your typical chain pizza places but worth it for me at least.

I really just like the low carb chicken crust thing. I'll be back.

This is a tentative review; I'd like to go back before I assign a final rating. But I did like what I had.

A coworker and I dropped by here just to try someplace new for lunch. We thought we were in a hurry, so we got ready-to-eat pizza slices; I ordered sausage and cheese.

I ended up getting pepperoni and cheese. Normally I hate (hate hate) pepperoni, so I was bummed, but these didn't turn out *so* bad. On the Great Scale of Pizza Types (where "deep dish" is at one end and "St. Louis-style Thin Crust" is at the other), Eshticken seems to be 100% "New York-style Floppy".

Which means it's pretty greasy, but really flavorful. And why I want to go back to have a freshly baked pizza.

In the meantime I recommend it!

Okay .. straight and to the point. For anyone that is on a "paleo" diet or anything low carb like that .. But LOVES pizza and misses it oh so much, Eshticken IS your pizza escape. The zero carb crust they offer is a white meat chicken that is "pressed" into a crust .. and the rest of the pizza is just a normal pizza .. ie cheese, tomato sauce, and whatever toppings you want (they have the usual variety). I know it sounds a little sketchy .. but my wife and I decided to just go for it  one night (date night .. no kids) and give it a try  .. and it was  .. UH-MAZ-NG. The pizza was a great tasting pizza .. nothing really out of the ordinary here .. but I LUV pizza (it's my biggest weakness doing paleo)and pizza in general always tastes great to me. We ordered a 14" with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, regular sauce (they offer a mushroom sauce) and cheese. What was amazing to me was that the "carb-free" crust didn't really taste all that much different than a regular crust (there is a slightly different chicken taste to the crust .. obviously .. but if no one told me it was made out of chicken, I probably wouldn't know any better). The texture of the crust was not as crispy as a regular crust .. just a little on the "soggy" side but that didn't bother me at all. Another great thing about the chicken crust was the fact that with so much more protein in it I was STUFFED after only 2 pieces of pizza (normally I can eat 4-5 slices easily). I forced a 3rd slice down and my wife only had 1 .. that left us with tons of leftovers to take home which was perfect since we have 3 growing boys in our house. The kids, by the way, also loved the left over pizza and we didn't tell them about the crust and they didn't know any better (that was the big taste test in my book). So .. yeah.. we'll definitely be back to Eshticken for pizza (with the carb free crust) and we'll bring the boys too. For the paleo heads out there .. the cheese is just the regular cheese you'd find on any ol pizza. I know dairy is not in the program .. but since this is not something we'd eat regularly, I didn't sweat it. I, for one, didn't feel guilty eating this pizza and I'm fairly strict on the paleo. The service was just fine for a pizza joint and the people there were very friendly. Price was very reasonable and pretty average especially if you consider this pizza has a "specialty" crust. Overall, we had a great experience and are looking forward to our next venture there.

I came here because I found a groupon and I had been curious about this place for a while.  We decided to dine in and ordered our pizza, salad, soft drinks and garlic knots.  A bit of advice pass on the garlic knots.  I know that they come free with a Yelp check in, but I still didn't eat them.  They tasted like cardboard.  The pizza and salad here were just okay.  Nothing worth coming back to.  Also, the dining area was FREEZING.  I kept my jacket on and couldn't even drink my soda because I was shivering so badly!

I had a groupon so my husband and I used it tonight. After reading the reviews I was rather surprised by the "atmosphere". It reminded me a slightly fancier subway. You place your order at the counter when you walk in and they bring the food to your table. We moved from our original table because the lights were so bright it felt like a B movie police interrogation room. Our 2nd table was near the window and freezing cold but that was better than the 1st table.

The food - our deal was for a salad, garlic knots, 14" pizza and 2 drinks. The salad was fresh and crisp and probably the best part of the meal. But if you serve the dressing in a foil packet, please don't place it on the salad - pretty sure lots of unwashed hands have touched those things. The garlic knots - meh. I think whoever compared them to Bob Chin's garlic rolls was high. There was no fresh garlic on them, they were in what looked like a liquid margarine sauce. They were hard on the outside and close to uncooked on the inside and really needed a dunk in the marinara for any flavor besides overpowering garlic powder. The pizza - bland. We had a sausage and onion pie and if I hadn't seen the onions I would never have known they were there. The sausage was bland and the sauce almost non-existant. Lots of cheese though and the crust ok.

The service was friendly and the food came out fairly fast but I can't see myself coming back here even if another groupon offer came up.

Awesome, flavorful pizza, we ordered the white pizza, mergherita and pepperoni. Awesome food, prompt and great service. The lentil soup was also incredible as was the dessert! Definitely will go back.

I absolutely love that their sausage and pepperoni are all beef. My boyfriend was able to have sausage on a pizza for the first time ever.  He doesn't eat pork so this was a nice surprise for him.  The service was friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant.  We had the white pizza with sausage on half.  I loved the light and crispy crust, it really let the flavors of the garlic sauce and toppings stand out.  I've also had a slice of their cheese for lunch and the marinara sauce has so much flavor.  It's hands down the best slice of cheese you can get in the area.  I came with a groupon and it was nice because we were able to try a variety of their items.  The salad was the perfect size for sharing and the garlic knots were good and garlicky.  They were also very light and crispy.  I loved that because we didn't walk away feeling too full like you can from eating pizza.  We will definitely be back and are making this our regular pizza place.

hubby and I went here for lunch, we were the only people in here.  service was alright.  the girl seemed knowledgable about the food, but she was a talker.  i didn't realize she was still talking to me as i walked over to fill my drink--my husband called me back and the girl just kept going.  all because i told her i worked in a restaurant also. (since we were the only people there, maybe she was lonely).  so onto the food...
I tried the no-carb crust out of shear curiosity and was told I couldn't have it with the toppings that I wanted cause they would 'slide right off'---ok... so I changed toppings. hubby got some kinda pizza with eggs on it.  as soon as I tucked into my pizza, I regretted my decision.  soggy, wet cardboard comes to mind.  could the crust not be flashed in the oven to crisp it up before they put stuff on it?  other then the crust, it was still only ok.  not a lot of flavor.  I shamefully pitched my leftovers (which I never do, 'specially with pizza).  the pizza my husband had was ok.   (both were under seasoned, and i had to grab the s & p shakers from the table next to us because the ones on our table were caked with dried tomato sauce.) the eggs were a bit rubbery and the sausage was again just ok.  the crust was decent.
they had a 2 for 1 deal going on that day, so that was nice...but honestly, having unique ingredients on the pizzas doesn't always make them good pizzas.  I wanted to like this place.  but thinking about that wiggly crust makes me sad.  we probably won't be back.

Zero Carb Crust is a great way to not feel as guilty about eating high calorie pizza but still tastes just as Delicious.  With the carbs you are saving on the pizza be sure to get the garlic knots; I would ask for a little less butter next time on the knots.  They came in a puddle of butter.

I *want* to like you, Eshticken, but my first impression of you wasn't great :(

After seeing all the pictures here on Yelp, and perusing the online menu, I settled on the alfredo pasta and the garlic knots.  My husband wanted a pizza with banana peppers on it to the tune of $14 (a little steep, but we were thinking that maybe it was worth it).

So we called, and a brisk (read: bordering on rude) guy answers the phone.  Based on their online map, we were only TWO STREETS OVER from their delivery area, so my husband went out on a limb and asked if they were able to deliver to us.

The guy on the phone asked acted as if we had just asked him to walk on glass barefoot.  He was really rude to my husband when he said there was NO WAY they could do that.  OK, dude, it was just a question.  Calm yourself.

And it only went downhill from there.  When my husband ordered my pasta, we were told that they were changing their menu and they would no longer have any pastas OR the turkey sandwich on their menu.  Ummmm, really??

Methinks good business practice would be to take it off of your menu FIRST and THEN stop selling it.

So I settled for a sausage pizza.  It wasn't even that great, and I don't think it had anything to do with my ordering disappointment.

The garlic knots were just ok.  A little chewy and their sauce was a little too sweet for my liking.  The cinnaknots we added on were just as chewy and not really all that great.

Between the horrible service and the lackluster food, I can't really think of a reason to come back :(

Really liked Eshticken. The staff was super friendly and the food was great - I LOVED the lentil soup. The pizza I had ( just a slice of my husband's sausage) was good. The cinnaknots were good...a bit chewy but good. Clean dining room. Cool look.

The reason I'm giving it four instead of five stars are because our food came out at all different times (my soup-which was my entree, then dessert, then my husband's pizza), and it took a long time for the pizza. I understand that the wait staff didn't know who was eating what (that the soup wasn't an appetizer), but for the dessert to come before the pizza meant it was cold when we got to it. And I know that if you want decent custom made pizza it will take time to cook.

It was still a great four star experience, it just wasn't a life-changing five ;) I would come back for sure!

Nice little place. I had heard about it from a friend. Went in to try their no carb pizza. The crust is made from chicken! It looked like pizza on a giant tortilla. When we first started eating I made the comment that it seemed very thin and we would probably finish the whole thing. Then, low and behold I was stuffed midway through the second slice. I think its because of all the protein in the crust. It was delicious. I took home leftovers which literally lasted only 5 minutes! I've been telling everybody about it now, and I wish there was one closer to me :)

Was not sure what to expect but I was impressed with the no carb pizza.  My wife and I are on a health kick and we were craving pizza so we decided to give Eshticken a try.  Young lady at the register was friendly, service was quick which was a good thing because I was starving.  We had the garlic knots which are good if you like garlic which we do so this was a plus.  overall the food was good and so was the service.  I would go back.

6 year old daughter:  Mommy, let's go to place that starts with the letter "E"

    Me: You mean Eshticken

    Daughter:  Bless you

    Me: Huh?

Daughter: the place with the chicken pizza crust that starts with the letter "E"

    Me:  Eshticken

Daughter:  What are you talking about?

Odd but kitchy name for this pizza joint.  It took me a few to figure out the connection with the name and the food--pretty clever.  I still think after a few visits, my youngest still can't pronounce the name fully...

On my first visit it was just by chance I saw this place--I was headed to some store in the area and looked over and saw it.  It sounded interesting, so we gave it a try.  The location is tucked in a little bit so not very easy to see from 59 or Higgins.

Our family loves this place.  Definitely the zero carb chicken crust pizza has it's own unique taste, I actually prefer it to regular pizza crust.  Hubby had a calzone and it was a pretty good size.  It was nice because similar to the pizza you can add in what you want.

The kids meal with the chicken tenders were surprising awesome as well.  I was expecting some run of the mill frozen chicken tenders that have a taste resembling cardboard.  They were actually quite large and had a panko type crust on them.  That was pretty good as well.

The garlic knots are fillers to order while waiting for the other items.  They were okay, a little too buttery for my liking--but nothing my handy dandy napkin couldn't fix.  I found this place to be a nice casual type of limited service restaurant--you get your own drinks, grab your own utensils...I didn't expect full service because I ordered at the counter and then sat down.

Definitely a nice change of pace from the usual pizza chains in the area.

Been there once so far, can't wait to go again. Had the buffalo chicken pizza... it was VERY good. Used a Groupon discount which came with salad, drinks and garlic knots, a great deal. Food was fresh and cooked well. Go!

Like others, I tried Eshticken Pizza with a groupon. I should have gone earlier as this place is pretty good. Our groupon was for a salad, garlic knots, a large pizza, and drinks. The salad was ok, but I don't go to a pizza place for salads.

Now, the garlic knots were VERY good. Much like Bob Chinn's buns. MMMMM. Butter and garlic, Yum!

We ordered a mighty meaty pizza. Mind you I went with my co worker and we're two pizza and burger type of guys. Dude, this pizza was pretty good. Not like "Holy Cow, best ever!!" But good enough for two guys to polish off the whole pizza, and rub the belly and say "Man, that was pretty good." Seriously, the pizza reminded me a really good bowling alley pizza, not frozen, but just good tasting. The food was a lot for two, but would be just right for 3 people for lunch and spend less than $10 each.

To be honest, with it's goofy name, I never would have come here. But the place is clean, the service was FAST for lunch, and the food was really good. Everybody has their own taste in pizza, and YMMV, but I'm a black and white kinda food guy.  I definitely will come back. I heard the wings are good too.

Disappointing.  We purchased a Groupon to check this place out.  The salads are expensive & are meant to be shared, but they do not provide you with the proper utensils to divvy up the goods (I can look past this). The garlic knots were strange, but okay (the marinara they were served with seemed watery and a little too sweet).  The pizza has potential.  With that said, I had to use multiple napkins to sop up the overwhelming amount of grease.  The first half of every slice was soggy, but as you neared the crust, it became increasingly better.

The service leaves something to be desired.  We were given plates & forks for our salad.  After we finished our salad, they quickly whisked away our dirty plates.  When we received our pizza, they did not give us plates or utensils to eat it with!  We had to get up and ask for plates!  After we finished with our pizza, we sat around for probably 10 minutes waiting to be offered a box (as other tables had been) and finally had to get up and ask for one.

The place itself is newer and seems nice except for their blinding lights.  I don't think we'll be going back again.

This place is a-ok.  Clean, nice/ new dining room, friendly staff, good pizza.  Honestly,  the pizza is good, not great.

For the folks complaining about not knowing that the dough is non-vegetarian,  the menu states as much very conspicuously.  They are very upfront and not hiding anything.

Absolutely amazing calzones.  They are crispy and hot and come with sauce on the side, which keeps the calzone from being mushy.  They brush the finished product with garlic butter and parm cheese.  OMG amazing.  I always get the "build your own" and do sausage, tomatoes, spinach, and garlic.

The restaurant is amazingly clean.  Very modern and relaxing atmosphere.  I am a huge iced tea fan, and their iced tea options are appreciated.

The employees are all very helpful and friendly.  One time when we were there (shortly after opening) the owner stopped by and was talking to us.  If there's one thing I get a huge kick out of, it's people who have a passion for what they do.  This guy was SO excited about his restaurant that it was contagious.  Love it.

They also do take out so sometimes I'll call in an order on my way home.  Great place, great food.

The chicken wings are pretty amazing. Tried the salt and vinegar flavor and it really brings out the flavor of the chicken. The wings were juicy and perfectly cooked. The wings must have been very fresh...you couldn't get away with this type of seasoning if the wings have any sort of off flavoring.

Tried the philly cheese steak pizza with the zero carb crust. It was okay. The flavor was pretty bland to me as it did not have a traditional pizza sauce. I'll have to try one of the more typical pizzas next time. My one complaint is that the crust is not very crispy. This is the bane of pretty much every non-flour based crust so it is hard to dock them on that. I was just hoping for some revolution in the low carb pizza world but was somewhat disappointed, especially given the price tag. One has to realize with the protein based crust you get absolutely stuffed so you definitely won't be leaving hungry!

An order of wings and a single zero-carb pizza might be able to feed 3 people. I was pretty full after 3 slices!

I have to, yet again for the 3rd time, re-review this place because it's just SO GOOD!  But this time in a different context:  I catered from eshticken for my son's birthday party, and it was a COMPLETE HIT.

I'm talking about twelve 10 year olds, mostly boys, and 10 adults.  I wasn't sure about individual tastes, so I decided to get mighty meaty, plain cheese of course, and then my son's favorite- The Windy pizza.  I also ordered a ton of chicken wings (about 60) in sour cream & onion and garlic- Parmesan flavors.  Well....they devoured EVERYTHING!  Surprisingly, the boys LOVED the windy pizza the most!!

Eshticken pizza made for an awesome presentation too.  They were also super-accommodating in every possible way, from cutting the slices to freshness upon ordering time.

Best of all it was plenty of food.  For a party where I had to worry about everything else, last thing I wanted was to have to make anything on the side!  I simply boiled corn on the cobs to go along with the order and I had one HECK of a party spread! (check out the pics I posted from the party!)

I HIGHLY recommend you cater from them for your next party or event!

Very cool concept - chicken crust pizza! I feel like the extra protein fills me up, and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. I've had pepperoni, cheese, philly cheese steak and white no-carb crust pizza. Unfortunately, it's a little bit greasy and with the advertising message on the table tents of the pizza being healthy, I had to dock a point. (Sorry, guys! - but I dare you to prove it) As far as marketing, I think the covered windows can be a little deceptive, so I hope people realize the place is open and come check out the food.

Besides pizza, I've also tried the garlic knots - garlicky as should be. I also have gotten Garlic Parmesan chicken wings. The wings are not breaded and deep fried like typical wings but seem to be breaded in a way reminiscent of Shake and Bake from when I was kid. Must be fun for the chef, but makes the wings seem slightly drier, I think. I opted for no dipping sauce and think I would get sauce next time.

I've been here a few times now, and the service always exceeds expectations. I thought that the servers and cashiers were so nice the first time because it was the Grand Opening weekend, but it's carried into a lunch visit and even with my confused/tired/hungry mood after a work out daze. I will admit I miss the free cake (made by a local person who was there!) handed out at the Grand Opening.

This place is onto something.  The zero carb crust is a winner.  It's more than that, though.  The ingredients are fresh, well balanced and tasty.  My only advice is they should serve the zc pizza on something absorbent because now that there is no bread, the juices from the toppings have nowhere to go but under the pizza.  I'm fine with leaving cheese oil and water on the pizza pan but some may find this unappetizing.  Also, I would request a topping or a side dish that is high in fiber.  I seek out whole wheat crust for fiber, but since the alternate crust option is zero carb, I understand why whole wheat would not be offered.  Can a mexican style pizza be added to the menu with black beans & mexican flavoring?  Food for thought... (pun intended).

For me the main attraction here is the zero carb pizza crust. They somehow process and form chicken in to a very thin and flat crust and then layer sauce and cheese on top producing a pizza I can eat without cheating on my diet. Of course nothing beats a real pizza so they serve regular crust as well but if I'm going to cheat on my diet I'll be hunting down something I know is good for the price this place sells it for.

Speaking of price, this place is not cheap by any means. 2 of us shared and 14" zero carb crust pizza of the OMG mushroom flavor and was content with how full we felt but the $25 price tag was hardly justified. If you really need to stick to your diet then it will be worth the price to indulge without cheating but you will be paying a premium. Regular crust pizzas are several dollars cheaper than the zero carb option.

They have other items like wings and fries but I was only interested in eating pizza especially after sticker shock.

They have samples of the zero carb crust so check it out and see if you like it. I'm just glad I have another low carb option close to home.

Really have no complaints. Everything is amazing. My favorites are the sandwiches and the OMG Mushroom pizza. Service and staff are great and extremely nice.

Just had the Philly Cheese and Steak Calzone. OMG! It's amazing. Best pizza crust and best marinara I've had. They coat it with some garlic butter, yum yum.

I have a friend who lives nearby Eshticken and we decided to check out the carb-free and gluten-free pizza. We totally looked like noobs checking out the menu and taking a while to decide on something to order. Thankfully, what appeared to be the manager or owner approached us and introduced us to the restaurant and the concept. He let us sample the OMG Mushroom. I don't like mushrooms but the slice I had wasn't too bad; it was quite tasty.

We ended up ordering a Windy City pizza and went protein-crazy. The crust was super thin. It looked like dosa but it was a little thicker. Maybe it was the particular pizza we ordered, but it was a little too salty for me. I would be open to trying other pizzas and pastas if I was in the area again.
