You can't have a small town without a good old bar right in the center.  Highland has Ethel's, and that's all it needs to build a reputation.  With a slogan of "Your home away from home," you're all set.  Just know that you're not family until you finish off an Ethel Bucket!  Just picture this: A bucket full of booze that'll make your head freeze to the point of not feeling your feet spin beneath ya.  No further explanation is needed.  After all, you can only get in to so much trouble in a rural town...
