When I first discovered this local chain, I immediately loved it. Mostly, though, I loved it because it was a local fast-food chain. Much prefer to support locally owned and operated restaurants than these huge franchises.
Then I started going there. Got a few good things and thought it was wonderful. Well, they still have great food, but in my opinion they have some rather icky selections as well.
I highly recommend that fajita burritos and the taco salad. Both are superb--especially the taco salad.
However, a lot of their recipes appear to use that nasty processed pretend cheese like Velveeta. OK, so it appears to be very popular out there. But any restaurant that uses Velveeta or imitations loses stars. Stay away from the nachos and quesadillas if you find Velveeta nasty.
If you choose carefully, this is an excellent, highly recommended restaurant.
