  Good old fashion burger joint. I love their fried chx sandwich and their wings. Stop in for a beer and a bite!

  Agonizingly slow service.  The burger was soaked in liquid smoke (to give their "Char-burger" a real off the grill taste?) and was repulsive. The fries were soggy and bland. The order was incomplete, along with 5-10 others who returned to the counter. I would rather go hungry than go back. This restaurant did nothing right.

  Rather mediocre local burger chain. Food was fine although the burger was dry and overcooked (is that what a "charburger" means?). An OK place, but nothing to write home about.

  Oh, man.  The chocolate milkshake here was first rate - mmm, chocolatey cold goodness!  The food was decent, too... I tried the Asian chicken salad and it came with a nice warm chicken breast and sweet oriental dressing.  The lettuce was pretty fresh, and I liked the crunchy noodly things, but the tomatoes had little to no flavor and could've been nixed altogether.  It was a big salad, which barely fit in the plastic to-go container they served it in (even though I was eating in-house).  I kept losing little pieces off the edge and also it was tough to cut the chicken up - it would be nice if they had bigger, reuseable plates/bowls.  I also think having reusable cups for water etc. rather than handing out styrofoam cups would be better - I know it would mean a few more dishes for them, but it just feels nicer.  When you're paying $13 for a shake and a salad, and there is table service (you order at the front and they bring your food out to you), I think you should have real silverware and plates.
  
  That's a little qualm, though.  The guys working there were all super friendly and the manager came around to check how we liked our meal.  I've been told that it gets very noisy at dinnertime, when the kids are playing in the arcade - the games are located right next to the dining room and there isn't a wall between them, so I could see how that would be loud.  At lunch, though, it was quiet and the service was fast.  I'd like to go back and try one of their burgers.

  How can you not love Foster's Grille?  If you've never been here, you simply have to check them out, they have locations in Warrenton, Manassas, Haymarket and more.
  
  Foster's has burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken sandwiches, wings, salads, and other staples of quick American food but they are known for their burgers and fries.  They also have a daily special, usually a combo of some type, and killer milkshakes
