Fusion Express

Unfortunately Fusion Express is closed down.

The above reviews had to be by the owners. The health dept score was 81 and that was generous. My food was not hot.  I noticed the grill had fried rice pushed over to the side. My food had rice with the dish and I am sure it came from the pile already cooked. My filet was well done and I ordered medium and it was cold. The cook cashed me out and I noticed his hands looked like he was a mechanic. No gloves and he was handling money. We will not be back. I am going back home to have a stiff drink and hope I don't get food poisoned. Maybe the alcohol will kill anything bad.

I love this place!! The food is wonderful & so are the people... Wish I could get there more often!!
