VERY Enjoyable!  Good food, good service, friendly owner.  We  particularly like the stuffed peppers app.  um-m-m!  My only wish is for a few more 'healthy' choices.  Cajun fish,shrimp,etc.....un-fried.  Loved the Greek Chicken Salad!   Great place to watch the games!!

I was intrigued by this place, for it replaced Dacc's where I had made a brief stint as a dishwasher.  As soon, as I saw the bar in the name, I was hoping it wouldn't be too focused on the alcohol but also having some food as well.  I tried doing some research on GGB before going, but it's no where online, which is shocking and disappointing in this day in age of technology.

Walking in, they did a very pleasant job updating the outside and inside with fresh paint jobs.  They also updated the inside, with making the bar the focus of their efforts, but didn't entirely forgot about the small dining area.  There was 3 big screen tvs in increasing size, 27", 40" and the mammoth 55" that made it the sports bar feel.

The menu consisted of the staple sports bar food like burgers, salads, chicken fingers, and buffalo classics like wings and beef on weck.  The prices were reasonable as well, ranging from $7-9 for a burger.  We got one of the nights specials(also on their regular menu), their five cheese stuffed banana peppers.  You could smell and see the sauteed garlic on the peppers when they came out.  They were oozing with cheese and were quite good.  They had left some of the seeds in it, which gave it a kick I wasn't entirely expecting.

I ordered the beef on weck, and it was alright.  The beef wasn't all that tender but the au jus made up for it.  The sandwich came with chips, however, I asked for different substitutes.  I was only offered french fries or sweet potato fries both for an upcharge.  I thought it was unfortunate there was no veggie I could have had.  However, my dad ordered the sweet potato fries with his burger.

From an alright experience, the sweet potato fries lifted this dining experience another star!  Crispy yet sweet, they were delicious.  Then I found the butter/honey dipping sauce that came with it.  I can't believe how I never had this before!  It was literally having fried dough, so sweet, and yet I know the indulgence was going to get me later.  I was already thinking how I could order these as a pick-up on the way to the parents house.

Soon as I was pretty satisfied with the meal, the bill came, and the "small" upcharge on the sweet potato fries was $3.50!   $3.50 on a $7 burger was ridiculous.  It put me in a sour mood, and put a damper on the experience.  Upon exiting, I did see that the four drafts on tap, 2 were from Bison Brewing company, and one was Saranac.  So it was good to see the hometown patronage.  Would probably come back here for a drink though.
