In Fort Laud for the day and I needed to get  lunch, I did a quick Vegan restaurant search and found this newly opened place. I decided to give it a go and ended having  such a memorable and enjoyable experience.
My little one and I walked up to the counter to look over the menu and order. The guy  (missed his name but, I believe he's one of the owners) couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He answered all my questions and I could just feel his love and passion for plant based foods. After some dilberation I decided on the Fire cracker Kale salad, avocado toast to share with my 1 year old daughter and, for dessert, the  gf carrot cupcake.
I really enjoyed everything. The Kale salad was surprisingly large so I even had some to take home. I really liked the spicy dressing. The avocado toast was just perfect and my kid loved it. The carrot cupcake was so good that I bought another to take home.
Oh and another awesome part about eating there was how it has a community table. I loved chatting with everyone in the restaurant. This place has such a warm, loving, and positive energy, my only regret is that I don't live closer.
Every review I have read about them so far has been on point. What a great new place in Fort Lauderdale. My husband and I are "Trying" to eat healthier and although he has never been I am finally convincing him ti give it a shot. I had the GBK Burger and really enjoyed it. I wanted to go ofr dinner there tonight but they are only open during the day :( This will be one of my new spots and hopfully I can get my husband to join more. You should check this place out.
