First of all, let me say when looking at this place from the outside, you have no idea how cool it actually is. Â It's settled in the back corner of your average, run of the mill strip mall and of course all the windows are tinted. Â Once inside however, one can see how large it really is! Â There are many dart machines, a decent pool table (maybe 2), TONS of seating and enough TV's to play every game and then some for you Sunday sports fans. Â They also have Sunday ticket. Â AND for it just being a sports bar, we had no idea we would find such a large selection of well priced and surprisingly yummy food items. Â Perfect pub style Americana grub to go with your choice of libations from their full bar. Â They are constantly having drink deals and fun give always as well. Â I dig the feel of the place and the staff is really friendly. Â They really make you feel at home from visit one! Â
All in all, a top notch sports pub and you don't need to go far to find it. Â
I gave it a 4 instead of 5, because I haven't been there when it is said to get super packed. Â If its not full of too much riffraff (HA!) when filled up, then a 5 it will get!
Ps...get the Jo Jo's!!!
This is a great sports bar and my husband's favorite place to watch his football games (Go Colts!). Â But whatever colors you wear, you will enjoy the friendly banter among team fans. I haven't seen any angry-sore-losers in this bar - yay! Â
I'm not that sporty but I can tap into their free wi-fi and play on the internet, keno or any of the machines. Â I really enjoy watching the superbowl here. Lots of prizes, drink specials and a good time. Â
They always have great food, drinks and happy wait staff too :)
Now THIS is a sports bar! Â I've been a "regular" at this place for nearly a decade (geez, has it really been that long?) and it is constantly improving. Â You know it's a good place when the owner takes a personal interest in making sure the patrons are happy and his staff is doing its job.
This sports bar has tons of things for its patrons to do and watch! Â There are at least eight TVs (and I've probably just lost count). Â During football season, this is hands down my favorite place to catch the games. Â You can watch every game simulataneously, and if you get there early enough, you can request "your" game on one of the two big screens. Â There are prizes and giveaways. Â For te BCS Championhsip Game and Superbowl Sunday this year, there were prizes like a Wii, a Coors Light Mini Fridge, hats, shirts and loads of other stuff. Â There are sometimes drink reps here and I've met several Blazer dancers here. There's a dart league that plays here and a pool league too. Â There's Keno and 5 lottery slot machines. Â There are two Golden Tee machines, a bowling game and more! Â Seriously, this place has it all!
Now, about the drinks....this place has a full bar, about 6-8 beers on tap (with at least one seasonal rotation), lots of bottled beers to choose from, and several wines to choose from (kind of rare for a sports bar). Â There are daily drink specials, including the infamous "Tic Tac Tuesday" (5 tic tac shots for $20, I think). Â For big events, there are jello shots too.
The food here is classic pub fare, but made better than the average pub. Â There are daily food specials too. Â And, a happy hour food bar that will feature mini corndogs or whatever the offering is for the day.
