Worst dining experience of the year. Â We were a hungry group of friends after a long day at the beach, looking for a bite to eat in a low key environment. Â No credit cards meant we had to carefully plan our meal choices. Â It took 30 minutes to get three waters (one person went without) and nearly an hour to get beers. Â We were finally informed that an "accident" occurred and that our food was still 20 minutes away from being ready. Â It tasted good, but anything would have after waiting 90+ minutes. Â
Do not recommend. Â There are many better places on Cape Anne to dine.
Plan to go a restaurant on the same street, but it won't open til 5:00pm. We went to this one instead. They have very friendly waiter, and quick service. They have large food proportion which made us feel  that we can't eat diner after we ate lunch there. They also offer very fresh seafood. If you don't mind fried seafood, here is the place to go. Pool table and bars are also available.
Review Source:Great place for live music or a round of pool with friends. Their beer selection isn't as vast as it used to be, and I sure as heck wouldn't want to sit on those toilets. But it's a good place to go if you don't want to deal with the awkward high school reunion situations that Old Timers will give you. Bar staff and waitresses are friendly and service is quick. There's plenty of room for large groups of people and the dance floor is pretty big. Thumbs up!
