The Hitching Post

The next time you're in the middle of nowhere, just keep driving. We stopped at The Hitching Post and were entranced by the menu description of the cheese fries, but the reality was very nearly suitable for lactose-intolerant people. A small handful of shredded cheese was distributed thinly across the Styrofoam to-go container, leaving mostly undecorated potato once the top layer was eaten. Phooey!
