Jerseys Sports Bar & Grille

Went there for lunch on a Tuesday at 12:10.  There was a "please seat yourself" sign so I did.  The bartender looked right at me when I walked in so I know someone knew I was there.  I could see the waitress (a term I use loosely) standing at the bar chitchatting it up with some male customer.  She never acknowledged my existence.  After 16 minutes without a menu or a visit to my table I got up to leave at which point I noticed the "waitress" notice me.  I kept walking.  I will not give my business to a place with such bad service.  If I could score lower than one star I would.  Couldn't tell you if the food is good, hell, I can't even tell you what is on the menu because no one ever brought me one...

The reason I give this two stars is because of the lack of cleanliness.
My feet stuck to the floor and my kids couldn't find a table without gum under it. The food was good. I liked my house salad with chicken.

Typical sports bar. Not sure if it is a chain, but I suspect it is. It took for ever for a server to come and take my order. I ordered a draft beer, salad, French Dip Sandwich with broccoli. Took a log time for the beer to materialize. Followed quickly by the salad. With in 5 bites of salad the sandwich and broccoli showed up. Timing is everything in the restaurant biz, and timing here is bad. My sandwich and over cooked boiled broccoli were cool by the time I was done with my sandwich. The broccoli may be have been in a steamer, but it was so overcooked as to have the flavor and consistency of water.
The sandwich was tiny. I also think the meat and cheese were not properly distributed. Some bites had too much meat and cheese, some had none. Overall, mediocre food and service, worth of 3 stars.
