The food is great as always and the cleanliness was excellent. But the customer sevice was very poor. I walked in and there were about 6-8 young kids working in the back. The cashier had no personality. They stood around and complained about everything. But I'll give them a second chance because the food is so good.

Great (almost addictive) subs, always quick at the counter, drive-thru and delivery, and the guys at the drive-thru window are consistently kind and funny.  Great addition to the glut of Subways here in town.  A welcome change!

Crawfordsville finally has a sub shop to choose from besides the 4 Subway restaurants we have!
I had never been to a Jimmy Johns before so this was my first experience today on their opening day. I really like the look inside the building. It reminds me of a business that would be right at home sitting on Chauncy Hill in Lafayette. The food came out to us very fast even though it was kind of busy inside. As for the food it was good. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the sub was well put together. I definitely want to try more of the menu and I will update this review. The only thing I didn't like was it seemed the bread wasn't as fresh as it sometimes is at Subway. I am not sure if they make their bread in house or not. I will definitely be back to try the "Gargantuan" sub on the menu.
