Jj Fins Dockside

We stopped there this past weekend for dinner and a few drinks. We sat at the bar and the service was just fine. I ordered the Caesar salad to start.  The dressing for the salad was fabulous!!  Plenty of garlic and great flavor. For my entree, I ordered the Bruschetta Flatbread.  This unfortunately, was not so good. They advertised it as having Buffalo mozzerella (It had just regular old mozzerella, but they did give you a ton of it) and red onions (They were just regular onions). The size of the flatbread was very large and definitely a good bang for your buck. The sauce tasted like it was just out of the jar, and the crust was plain as could be. Overall, it was just okay. Very plain and definitely not as advertised. I told the waitress about the problems and that she should tell the chef of the false advertising. Also told her I wasn't complaining to get a discount, but that he should truly know. At the end, she didn't bother to discount the check and I seriously doubt she even told anyone, as no one came out to discuss it. We would go back for drinks at the outside bar and caesar salad, but not the flatbread.

This place is disgusting.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star. I've been there a three times so I gave it some second chances. We go to watch a basketball game and have a few drinks, happy hour is advertised on all the tables. We ask the hostess when happy hour starts, she said it already had, but she didn't know the prices. The hostess also agreed it was indeed happy hour, she'd ask the bar tender the prices. After we're told the prices we order a few drinks. After our first round our waitress took forever to come back, we sat with empty cups... We had to flag her down. This happened every time we needed a refill. When we asked for the check we were surprised to see we were charged full price for every drink.. Then we were told happy hour didn't exist anymore on the weekends and that we were misinformed. Our waitress said she couldn't do anything about it, to pay what we wanted and shed pay the rest out of pocket. Seriously? That's just stupid customer service. They should be kissing everyone's butts to keep some customers after replacing the towns famous pub 44. Our friend Kraker said the drinks were "soggy" anyway. And as for "the best sushi in central Florida", as advertised online, I have never been able to order any because the sushi bar is always shut down. Such a lame place.
