After  we ate breakfast we went to pay the bill.  We ordered 2 kids meals that supposedly come with drinks.  My kids asked for chocolate milk.  The waitress never told us that was the only drink not included.  They charged us and would do nothing about it.  $2 dollars each!  My husband left us there and went to get cash.  He put $40 with the check to pay.  The waitress came back and said you only gave me $20. They could have cared less and had no intention of showing any customer service.  So I ended up being out a lot of money for some crap food that took too long to come out!  If you want to feel robbed on many different levels go there!
Review Source:I went in there once to meet a party already seated. One of the people I was meeting raves about the place. I found that there was absolutely nothing special about it. I asked twice for coffee and was forgotten and after 10 minutes of waiting I went to the counter where I was told to "hang on a minute". I asked for onion to be added to the homefries(it's on the menu) and I was served a few warm, unseasoned potato chunks with onions that had been cooked alone on top. I am going to steer clear of this place at all cost. The Medway Restaurant in the next plaza is much better.
Review Source:First off- CASH ONLY!
I really wanted to like this place, but....Blueberry pancakes were huge and tasty, until I got to the undercooked middle-yuck! And I couldn't flag down the waitress, who didn't offer ketchup with the tasty hash browns that didn't really need it after all, but still a pet peeve. Didn't get checked on at all, so just gave up, paid and left. I will give it another try, I was glad that  when I did get someones attention they were super nice and hash browns were great.
Second trip, huge success! Really responsive, attentive staff. Maybe one of those small friendly places where you have to sometimes be more aggressive. I asked for the pancakes to be well done and mentioned what happened and I felt like it was resolved really well. Everyone makes a mistake, it is how you "recover" from the mistake that defines you.
Fantastic little breakfast nook with a light and airy feel.  This small establishment  has great big windows which allow plenty of light.
After 3 visits I can also say that even though they only have about 5 booths and a couple tables that seating has not been a problem. Â They also have bar stools along the counter if that suits you better.
The place even feels clean and service is quick as well. Â They have low prices and very good food. Â Most juices come in a bottle (they carry such brands as Nantucket Nectar's) and I love their chocolate milk. Â Yum! Beware of the cost of the drinks though. Â Seems to be the most expensive part of the meal. Â A bottle of milk was almost $2.50!
If you have the choice between hash browns or home fries, go with the hash browns. Â They have more flavor :) Â
This is also cash only (but a Bank of America ATM is just up the road).
