La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

I have been eating here on a semi regular basis since the place opened, several years ago.  I have never had an issue with the staff being anything but polite and friendly and I have never had an issue with the food being anything but delicious.

Claims of authenticity may vary, but the place is owned, ran, and operated by Mexicans.  Does that make it authentic?  I don't know, but it is certainly nothing like a Taco Bell, that is for sure.  This place is quite similar to many other Mexican restaurants in Central IL.  The food is good and the prices are reasonable.

My favorite thing on the menu is their Nacho Fajitas.  A large plate of chips covered in queso blanco and then piled high with either beef or chicken plus peppers, onions, and tomatoes.  They also have excellent margaritas.

All in all this is a restaurant that I enjoy eating at and I am always up for going here.

Two of the four of us had bad indigestion after eating here.

Great food! Very quick service, even when busy. Very consistent food and drink quality.
