This is a great restaurant. I don't understand the lack of positive comments and diners. The night we went it was virtually empty. The service was attentive but not overwhelming. And the food was sophisticated and delicious. Â I had scallops and rissoto as my main. Delicious and perfectly made. Book a table fast before everyone realizes that this place is up there with other greats on the island like yellowfin and black eyed susans.
Review Source:What a great dining experience!! Came in with some friends from out if town and it was a unforgettable meal. Â From the Scallops to Escargot, each bite was better than the next. The server Gabrielle was so personable, she was warm and attentive to all our needs. The owner Mark came over and spent some real quality time with us. Most places, they breeze by your table, but he ask us about our trip and gave us some activity suggestions. We will all be back! Â I would recomend you make a stop there and enjoy the chefs creations!!!
Review Source:My wife and I decided to try this place for the first time last night. Outside of place has no charm or "eat here" appeal. Once inside on a Sunday evening at 7:30 we were one of four couples. The music was extremely annoying, some sort of 1970's organ music that Booker T and the Mg's would have puked over. Sounded like the music you hear when waiting for the movies to start. Not a fit for French Restaurant.
On the specials board they advertised fresh raw oysters but the waitress was quick to announce they were out of them. If your out take them off the board..
Next I ordered Escargots. They were barely warm enough and served in some sort of bland herby sauce..not good..
After appetizers we waited 30 min for the main course to be served..total disconnect with only 4 couples in the place.
The short ribs were just okay but my opinion about the place had been formed. Not good. Don't go.
