Quick review. Home cut fries are outstanding! Better than 5 Guys. The burger was hand made and could have been great but  there was too much spice and fattier than I like. It was on a great roll rather than a bun which I liked. I would like to have a leaner meat with no spices.
The chef and the owner are nice guys and very approachable. Â
I will return for the fries and try another dish.
