Service - the scruffy manager who is the owner's son is nothing short of a jerk! feet on counter and tanktop?! he and our waitress Kristen were the two rudest people I have ever met. Rolling eyes when asking for something, no smiles, just miserable! Service industry requires happy staff...these two are the bottom rung.
