Went there on Tues 5/7/13 with family for dinner. Wife ordered salad bar and that night and next day was sick. I noticed that the buffet wasn't very chilled. Also daughter ordered rice pudding and the rice was raw/uncooked.
Now this is where I get annoyed. Waitress stops by and asks "how is everything?" we  point out that the rice pudding was not good and why only to get "really?". Really? what kind of question is that to a customer? Then when going to pay the host does the customary "How was everything?" We tell him and get "Huh? Usually it's pretty good". Not "we'll take a look into that" or "sorry".
So if you like your typical pancake house for senior citizens with sub-par food and a thousand and one choices with wait staff and management that doesn't care. This place is your choice.
If you think you're money is worth more than that keep looking
Good food, horrible service. My husband and I ate there 5 or 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME we ran into the same issue- rude staff.  Not just not friendly or cranky..but plain rude. The only reason we kept on making excuses for them (anyone can have a bad day, right?) and  going back there is the  food. Yes, they have excellent pancakes, but it's just not worth the aggravation. There are other great restaurants in the area where you actually feel welcomed. We wil not be going back.
